Hard Pass Did not hold up to the Hilton name and reputation. Thought this would be a safe bet on a visit to Stamford but it was dirty, giant stain on bed skirt, rotting baseboards, bathroom door wouldn’t close, generally dirty and old. Cannot recommend.

Solid Choice Being in town for business, this was a solid choice. The staff was friendly to me. My room was clean and comfortable. The facility is aged a bit, but that isn’t an issue for me. There is a restaurant and bar onsite that is convenient and good. Overall, solid choice. I would stay again.

Avoid at all costs - Poor Service, Worse Rooms Horrible hotel and service (minus one woman!) Upon arriving the lobby area is extremely loud, front desk service was horrible and inaccurate, carpet/common areas were disgusting and the rooms were also gross.EV parking is "available" but anyone can park there so I wasn't able to use it! The elevator was also broken. The hallways felt like they had been flooded, there was mold in my shower, and the room itself was old. There was dust on my coffee/tea supplies in the room. I was also over charged both from the restaurant AND for parking and not comp-ed the amounts that should be included.

Broken Shower head inadequate handicap accomodation. We had stayed at this hotel twice and it was fine. But this is the first time we requested an accessible room with a roll-in shower. The room was good although it was showing its age with wear. The shower however was a disaster. Our experience in booking accessible rooms with a roll in shower is that the shower has no lip and is equiped with either a shower chair or a fold-down chair. Thie shower had no lip was barely wide enough for a non-disabled person to use. The worst thing was the showerhead. What was expected was a showerhead that was detachable for use this shower head obviously had beem broken and the attempt to "fix" was a disaster. They tried to use hose hanger material to attach it (which meant it was no longer detachable) and they did such a poor job they backed that up with a zip-tie. I posted pictures below. We did not notice how bad this was until the next morning. I did complain and they eventually offered half off the cost. I cannot describe how awful this situation was a full branded HILTON. Need to say we will not return. If they do this kind of stuff I would worry about everything else.

Rooms need upgrades We love Hilton, it's our preferred choice when possible. The lobby here and grounds were very nice, then we walked in the room.. it did not feel like Hilton. The rooms are very dated and are in need of updates. The carpet in the room and halls was very dingy, the wallpaper in the bathroom was covered in stains, and the window was covered in multiple previous guests forehead prints. Just not the standard Hilton quality. Kelvin at the front desk was amazing! He was super friendly, with GREAT customer service even at Check-in and he took care of us again and changed our room. He listened and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied in the end. On top of that, we then ran into Lynn from Hilton corporate who hooked us up with extra points AND sold us on another vacation package. We love Hilton, and in the end, they still took care of us. Thank you!
