Wonderful cafe staff The hotel was obviously struggling with staffing in July, however the cafe staff was always wonderful, smiling and helpful early morning. A good location to explore both NYC and New England. Also an easy walk to the restaurants on Bedford street and directly across from the mall.

Excellent food. Friendly staff This surprising gem of a hotel bar hides n the brutalist Marriott at the edge of downtown. New menu offers organic classic American fare cooked to order. The staff is friendly and attentive. Wide beer selection and versatile bartender.

not clean the world has blamed Covid for everything -- and hotels have greatly taken advantage of it. It saves the hotel money to not hire staff ." we can't clean your room due to Covid." since no regular cleaning -- there is food and glasses and pizza boxes and trays and trash left for days in the hallways. disgusting. Marriott- figure it out -- this isnt working.

Surprisingly bad I’ve been staying at Marriott hotels since there were THREE Marriott hotels… Twin Bridges, Key Bridges, and Dulles. This may well be the most run down property I have stayed in in over 600 nights. From the entrance to the hallways, to the elevator to the room, this property is 20 years overdue for major renovation. The rooms are the old decor of the ‘00’s and the chipped furniture and scuffed walls don’t live up to the brands image. That said, the front desk staff was charming the mattress comfortable and the staff at breakfast eggar to please.

Pleasant stay I just completed an overnight stay at the Stamford Marriott and had another pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. While some services remain limited due to the pandemic, the hotel remains a convenient option for those traveling in the area, particularly by train as the station is a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended!
