One dollar is too much for it! I am experiencing the worst hotel staying in my life with my family. First of all the checking in took longer than usual for no reasons, then I get surprised with a bathroom without any shampoo and body wash . Surprises wasn't stop at this point and I trying to make a coffee but, the box was empty.. no tea no coffee.. I said Ok.. the room service wasn't paying attention enough for some reason and I went to the front desk and I got shampoo and coffee and tea.. Now we are in a cold room because the A/C not working. They said at this time we cannot do anything and borrowed me a little heater with too much noise.. It's almost midnight and still I am awake and dealing with problems. If you are looking for peace and rest don't come to hotel sepia Québec. Don't believe the add pics Even one dollar is too much for a night at this hotel I don't recommend this hotel

Two thumbs down The second day, we were locked out of our room. Reception demanded we pay for the room before reactivating our key. I have always paid for hotels at checkout so this was confusing & out of the ordinary. The fact that this issue was interfering on a meeting I had with a client, didn’t inspire any empathy from the desk clerk. If I knew then, that I would endure two more incidents of rudeness & humiliation from the staff, I would checked out that day.

Could have been better! Not the first time in this hotel but this time my husband organized my birthday and did not look carefully to reserve a forfait with spa so this led him to spend a tremendous amount of time trying to solve the billing problem.And when we asked the second night at 50% as the special mentioned we had a hard time to get it,even the breakfast which was clearly included in the forfait...So be careful with your bill,reception has a curious relation with honesty.Or maybe they changed staff it is so difficult to find good staff nowadays! The room is ok for the price,nice bed and bedding,had some issues with smelly carpet,noise in the hallway but overall we appreciate our stay,the service at Galopin really good ,food too!so we recommend the hotel but suggest to be careful and clear with prices,ask a quote maybe?

Great service during COVID-19 We booked a room through hotels.com that was non-refundable. The conference we were attending was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Hotel Sepia contacted us and gave us a refund anyway. This is the kind of excellent customer service that will certainly bring us back to this hotel for the re-scheduled conference next year. Hotel Sepia clearly earns their great reviews and we are looking forward to a trip to QC in June 2021.

Nice hotel Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The bilingual staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had modern upgrades and was clean. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is located just across the bridge making it easy to get in , and out, of the city. It is just a few minutes from the malls and old Quebec.
