Gravity Haus saved my trip! I cannot write a high enough review for Gravity Haus at steamboat (and no this is not paid) First of all, it is so adorable! Great decor and in an unbeatable location. Right next to the gondola lift and all the amenities you could want right outside at the ski resort. They also had phenomenal customer service. Everyone was friendly and remembered who we were. After a horrible customer service experience with AirBnB, Gravity Haus took care of all of our needs. Huge shout out to Russel for booking our stay last minute and making us feel welcomed. I will be recommending Gravity Haus to everyone I know and hope to stay again in the future (maybe even bring my pup Wally)

Love this place! Gravity Haus is always such a great place to stay! Special shoutout to Front desk Russel and Aspen! they rocked and really went above and beyond to help me out. The room was really comfy and bedding. The also opened a new restaurant on site that is worth going to.

Staff ruined the experience The accommodation was fine, ski in, ski out. The issue we had was the surely, unfriendly staff. The breakfast guy (blonde guy with pink ski cap) was the worst! He was so rude and the hotel shouldn’t wonder why no one went in there. There were a couple of bartenders that were really rude and unfriendly too, blonde woman especially. We were a group of 42 and almost everyone had the same opinion and avoided the bar and restaurant. It’s a shame, it ruins the guest experience.

Gravity Haus is now Travesty Haus One of the worst guest experiences. Poor management. Understaffed. Hotel rooms are overpriced. No counter space in bathroom. No service in the restaurant for breakfast. Slow service checking in. Ski valet did not show up one morning to open so guests had to find desk staff to open the ski valet room and we had to find our own skis.
