This is NOT a 3 star hotel!!! I'm guessing when it used to have the Waterpark it was, but it downgraded tremendously since then. First off it was a ghost town in the parking lot and inside. The room was just OK, the TV wouldn't show all the channels and was like watching it from a low signal antenna. There was no plug outlet by the microwave and had to carry it to the desk in order to use it, BTW there was no desk chair either. If the room didn't have working AC or a hot shower it wouldn't get any stars!

Wyndham Garden SterlingHeights Overall this place is horrible. The pool is closed permanently but it says that it is still open online. Then the rooms were filthy and the WiFi was terrible. The bathroom was okay but the shower curtain was so far away that the water got everywhere.

Below average for the money Beds were nice. House keeping were friendly. Rooms were clean. The restaurant was really good. This was a business trip for. Professional conference. This was February and the conference room was ice cold the first day but better the second day.

Find a different hotel. Oh man, I just really recommend staying in another hotel. The fire detectors don’t work (they do post this on the front door). Other people got assigned to our room in the middle of the night. People working at the front desk weren’t helpful. But the new Maintenance guy seemed nice as well as the housekeeping people.

Don’t stay here Went for Astronomicon 3. No hot water all weekend and were continuously told it would be back up. Hotel didn’t look like it was cleaned much prior to the event either. We were put on a call list for a hot shower and they never called. We had to go to the pool to use the showers there for hot water. All employees seemed absolutely clueless and they told us we would get $25 off per night because of no hot water. They only took $50 off our total trip and we stayed there for 4 nights. If you aren’t going to be attending Astronomicon or any other event in the hotel DO NOT stay here. Also, our fridge and room phone didn’t work so any update we wanted on hot water we had to walk down to the lobby only to be told it would be back by a certain time which it never came back.
