Great location, wonderful staff! The staff is so friendly and kind here! The woman who runs the breakfast was absolutely delightful! Beds were comfortable and location was great for a wedding in Somerset. Cookies in the lobby when we checked in was a nice treat. Great breakfast with lots of options.

5 out of 5 David the front desk manager was excellent. Very friendly! Room was great and the stay has been worth the money. I would recommend to others. The location was perfect. The lift bridge is a short drive away and Walmart is within walking distance.

OK, but guest service could be better. Being a Radisson, we expected better in terms of service and employee knowledge. Checked in on Monday, July 1st. There was no clock/alarm in the room. One was requested but none was ever brought up. Could not set an alarm, so we missed breakfast. Additionally, there was no TV channel guide in the room so we had to keep switching until we found the guide channel. The front desk employee was not able to answer our questions on how to find channels on the TV. No bar soap was provided and only one small tube of body wash. So, like evry other place, you seem to be paying more for less.

Room smelled like a sewer Our room smelled like sewage, the bathroom floor had a black residue on it which turned our feet, socks and shoes black. We made the front desk aware and they didn't offer to let us change rooms. They wanted to charge us $60 for ruining 2 towels that we used to wipe up the bathroom floor! Every light in the room had at least 1 burned out bulb and the chair was torn on the sides. We discovered two $100 "security deposit" charges on our credit card. We were told when we checked in that there would be one charge! One of them didn't go away for several days. Do not waste your money! Stay somewhere else!

Country Inn Stillwater 1* Given room 236, open door and overwhelmed with Pinesol scent. Open fridge door, instant stench, someone had left food in fridge, power was off, obviously maid overlooked. Decided not to use fridge. Tried TV remote, did not work. Decided to call front desk, phone does not work. Back downstairs to front desk, stood there a good 10 minutes ringing bell, nobody home. Finally a young man comes through front door and goes behind check in counter. I nicely, but firmly explain smell, TV remote and phone issue. He replies, “what do you want me to do”, I’m saying to myself your kidding. I want TV & phone fixed I replied plus I put fouled food in hallway. He replies “you can’t do that, it’ll stink up the hallway”. I told him someone can pick that up when phone & remote are made operable. He fires back that he can’t leave front desk, I respond and said waited 10 minutes and there was no one here, he replies I just got here. No kidding! Again, “ what do you want me to do in an impolite tone”. Hackles now up, I tell him I want a new room, he says I don’t think I have one, I reply well you better find one pronto. Instant miracle, 238 is available. With a snarl he gives me key cards. Move our belongings, wife wants ice, cannot get door handle to work, find our door is not plumb and dead bolt is impeding door lever. Finally get to bed only to hear car noises, maid forgot to close the window, nothing surprises me now. If this was my employee he would be unemployed. He represents the hotel and should bend over backwards to please. We have stayed at Country Inn’s numerous times and always been pleased. The Stillwater location is poor at best. RTinAZ
