Just okay. would not stay there again hotel is upscale and very nice inside. I would not stay there again as the location was in an extremely busy traffic area to get in and out. very disappointed for the price not to have any breakfast. also i asked the clerk when checking in at 3 if there was free coffee in the lobby when we get back from dinner and she said yes there is a pot. an hour later we came back and it was empty. so in summary i would not stay there again due to bad traffic area and nothing offered for breakfast or coffee, which most hotels we stay at had both available.

Best Stay Ever This place is amazing, the staff is very friendly and professional! The breakfast is great, the dinner was amazing I met the managers and the chef and they take care of us like we are family. The overall customer service was top tier. I will be back for sure.

Very disappointed with the service and room The lady at the front desk had the nastiest attitude. The ice machine were all out of order. The air conditioner didn't work properly in the room so it stayed stuffy. The water didn't get hot and to make matters worse check out wasn't until Sunday but the key cards stopped working on Saturday evening, luckily I stayed behind in the room otherwise my husband and I would've been locked out. No one was at the front desk to resolve the issue to replace the room card that evening _ The only good thing about this hotel is its location, I'd never rebook here again. Very disappointed!!!

Convenient to Atlanta Airport My husband and I needed a hotel within close proximity to Hartsfield but on the south side. This Holiday Inn fit the bill. It is located right at an exit on I-75 which gave us the quick timeframe we wanted to get to our flight. To give you an idea, we checked out at 7 am, during rush hour, drove to FastPark (highly recommended for long term parking) to leave our car, took their shuttle to the international terminal, negotiated security using TSA precheck, jumped on the Plane Train and arrived at our gate in Terminal T at 8:05, just one hour later. That was exactly what we needed. Aside from location, the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed again after our vacation and were satisfied with the room and service. There is a restaurant but we didn’t eat any meals there. Nothing spectacular about this lodging but nothing bad to note either.

Great new Holiday Inn We attended a concert in thr area. Brand new location. Really enjoyed the suite. The staff was very friendly. I personally love the newer locations with the walkin showers. Great night sleep. Appreciate the late checkout as it allows us to enjoy our travel day.
