Wonderful place to experience the mountains and fresh air. We had a great time, making use of the site’s yoga sessions, tennis clinics, pool, walking trails, and the local town and farmers market. We keep on coming back every year for more.

Von Trapp Lodge Very enjoyable stay. Knowledgeable tours by Chris Poacher. It was an unexpected pleasure to meet the Von Trapp grandchildren at the lodge. Very well run, Maria would be proud!

A beautiful getaway in the mountains Was the last stop on our family road trip and wow what an ending. A beautiful resort with views! We stayed a Sun-Tues so we didn't have as many options for the tours ans activities but we just wanted to relax by the pool and do some small hikes. The kids had a blast. The library was fun for just relaxing after dinner with a book or board game. Tea and cookies at 3pm was a nice treat too. The Kaffeehaus and Bierhall were great to visit and have an afternoon treat or appetizer. The breakfast buffet was yummy, everything was fresh and constantly replenished. The price is on the higher side for a standard room and this was a splurge for us but it offers the serenity and relaxation many of the others don't! Would highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful place TFL property is an amazingly beautiful accommodation with many features from the gardens, pools, gym, walking and hiking paths, biking, gift shops, with options of busier and quiet spaces. It’s nearby tons of things to do also! It’s a wonderful place whether traveling alone or with family.

Trapp Family Lodge If you want an outstanding place to stay in Stowe Vermont then I highly recommend the Trapp Family Lodge. Filled with history, friendly employees, plenty of activities for kids and adults, great fitness center and outstanding dining, then this is a must for a quick get-a-way or a family get-together. You won't be disappointed!!
