Very dirty room, dirty towels and bedsheets used, pungent odor. I will preface this review by saying I check everything immediately upon check in. Bathroom cleanliness, sheets, towels....I also have very long straight hair and do not have body hair. None of the hair found in the room were mine at all. 1. Sheets and towels were not new when I checked in. It was painfully obvious that they were not changed from the previous guest. Stains and several hairs on bedsheets, odor and stains on towels. They just fold old towels and tidy up the bed. They do not change them with new/clean ones. 2. Same exact hair found in the bedsheets were found in the bathroom sink as well. Identical. So it's very apparent that cleaning was not done properly upon check out of the previous guest. These hair pieces were just laying there very clearly and easily visible in the sink. So the cleaning personnel could not even do the bare minimum job to clean it out of the sink. 3. Room odor - strong pungent odor throughout the hotel, but even stronger inside the room. All of your personal belongings will be soaked in that odor even after just one night of stay. Prepare to discard some of your clothing due to this.

I'll Be Back The room was clean. The breakfasts were great Every employee was kind and professional and not because they had to be. But because they wanted to be. They're happy to be at work, their smiles were contagious! When I engaged with a handful of them I came to find that they were working their for years... 18... 22... 24. Also, there was a harmony and unity among those I watch working together. A testimony to their work environment and personal.

Great staff, quiet rooms, good long term stay I had ankle replacement in NYC and spent 35 days at Homewood Suites recovering. Staff were wonderful to work with. The manager brought me a get well balloon and a Homewood Suites fleece throw. They accommodated cleaning while I stayed in the room since I was elevating my ankle above heart height 90% of the first 2 weeks and 60% of next 2 weeks. There are a number of good restaurants you can order takeout from. Wednesday evening soup, salad, wine and beer nights were always very pleasant. On the days that were warm enough, and once I could get around a little on my knee scooter I enjoyed the large 2nd floor patio facing woods and the river even though you could hear a little road noise there. Inside our room there was no road noise. In 35 nights there were 1 or 2 when we were aware of a children’s birthday party partly being celebrated in lobby area we were close to. But even then not much noise or for long. Furniture shows some wear and accessible living room needs better lighting. When our son and his family visited we saw that regular 1 BR suite has more lamps and better lighting. Very nice staff. Very accepting of our corgi and our cat. I highly recommend this hotel

Good location, but it’s old , tired , run down and in bad need of a major renovation from top to bottom. Good location, hasn’t been renovated since it was built . It needs a renovation BADLY !!! Carpets are stained , furniture is faded and falling apart. Chairs are all scratched and coating coming off . Dining chairs fabric old and tired Galway’s smell like wet carpet & old folks home. Basically … light a match and burn it down and start over

Worst Wi-fi ever Don’t stay here if wi-fi is important to you. Maybe the worst service of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Asked the front desk last week to see what they could do; never heard back from them. Then contacted Hilton Honors on X, they said they would contact management so they could put it on their list of things to do. Things were ok for a couple of days now we’re back to the same problems. I’m disgusted. Can’t connect to the “premium” service either. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.
