Clean, comfortable, friendly front desk staff . Breakfast very poor Clean rooms comfortable beds . Nice ac. Cons. Next room could hear a guy pretty clearly talking on the phone through the walls Breakfast was pretty bad for someone who doesn’t eat carbs. Sausages were weird like sawdust. No way real meat. Eggs were poured and cold. I appreciate the price but for including breakfast I’d just as soon like a reduced rate

Hmmm… I stayed for 1 night on Monday, April 29th, and I was by myself. This was night 3 of a 4 night drive, and I brought a suitcase into each hotel, which included my Kindle. I fell asleep each night reading, leaving my Kindle somewhere on my bed. Unfortunately on this night, it must’ve gotten buried in the covers, and I left it in the room upon checkout. I didn’t notice until I checked into my room that day in Miami. Needless to say I called the hotel several times to inquire and spoke to polite staff each time. My kindle was never found. They checked with housekeeping who said they didn’t see it. Clearly it was completely my fault. I understand that. I was careless with it. But it didn’t leave that room all by itself and the hotel did not indicate that another guest was put in the same room after me. Hmmm.

Thank you Moses! Moses at the front desk was amazing! He was incredibly accommodating and made our stay great. We really appreciated how kind he was. The hotel was also in a great area right near the heart of Stuart so it was very enjoyable and about 10 minutes from a ton of restaurants and water!

Hampton Inn Stuart North - Quality stay Brand new finishes and furnishings. Clean, odor free room. Quiet room and quiet A/C. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Able to use my Hilton Honors dollars toward stay which ended up covering for the $75 fee to have my corgi dog stay in the room. We would have boarded her with dog sitter for $45, but it was a last minute Thanksgiving trip. We’re glad we brought our corgi along as she gave great joy to our relative who was ill. Exceptional breakfast. Consistent quality in all our Hampton stays. Only regret is that they had a fitness center, but no pool. Not really critical in November though.

Stay somewhere Safe with better customer service! If you are a decent person and would like acceptable customer service DO NOT STAY at this Hotel. Upon arrival at this location we were approached by a barefoot, drug addicted woman who was cursing at us. We went to the front desk and informed them we were not comfortable staying at this location as the woman was approaching our vehichle as we were entering the hotel. We were not offered an alternate location. The hotel staff was aware of her and did nothing to remove her from the premises. The following day, the Hotel Manager Kerry Lacey charged us for a room that we did not stay in and refused to return our Hilton Honors points that were partially paying for the reservation. She was rude, and completely unapologetic. Maybe a normal Manager would apologize, credit our account, and check her property camera to see why customers are uncomfortable staying at this location. I received a bill for a stay that never happened. Spend a little more money and stay at a location that welcomes and protect's its guests. Had to contact Hilton Corporate. Hope they can make this right, because I am starting to lose confidence in this hotel chain as of late. Very disappointing as a long time Hilton Honors Member.
