We booked a room for our trip to universal studios (10 min walk). We booked a room for our trip to universal studios (10 min walk). With the renovations taking place, we expected a small amount of inconvenience. The first room was not to our liking and we politely said so to the staff. They were apologetic and made sure that we didn't regret staying here. They immediately upgraded our room and relocated us to a bigger, much more comfortable suite. Not once we're they "too busy" or "unconcerned" with our needs. Not everything goes perfectly the first time but it's how the issues are handled that resonate with me. We don't travel too frequently but this has turned out to be one of the best hotels stays we've experienced. Kudos to the the staff, they've earned our 5 star review!!

Great Stop Basic accommodation, but clean and well located to Universal Studios, the major plus is the friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness. Especially Morgan on reception 5* there is a well stocked bar in the lounge and coffee facilities in the room.

Pleasant surprise! The bar is super chill. Our bartender Gi was amazing, he knew just when to insert himself and when to offer more drinks! Will be returning! If you stay, take a chance to check out the lounge and the pool. The bar is super close to universal studios and many other cool landmarks

It's ok The low rating for this hotel is due to being listed as a 3 star hotel. The staff was awesome. The only issue we had was when we requested sheets and blanket for the pull out couch and nobody came until we came again a few hours later. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or coffee. The employee at the front kindly gave me some. The room has a wall air conditioning unit so we had to set it to 62 to make the room feel about 75. We visited during a hot and humid time. The shower was quite difficult but after we got the handle loosened up and working, it wasn't too bad. Water was pouring out of the handle area but it came out of the shower head also. We ran out of toilet paper and there wasn't an extra roll so we had to use facial tissue on the last day. (We were there for 3 nights) The pillows are super lumpy but I thought the bed was comfy. My son said the pull out was the worst bed he's ever slept on and that he could feel every spring. Lol. The hotel is right next to a busy street and a highway so you'll hear cars driving all night. I personally thought it was kinda soothing like ocean sounds. :D Overall, the good things were the staff and the big fridge that allowed us to stock up on groceries from the Ralph's down the street. We still drove to Universal Studios since the walk is a mile up hill. I figured that we'd be so tired from walking all day that we wouldn't want to walk a mile to get back.

Awesome He was amazing. Great time and experience. I came with my wife because of the great reviews. The room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. worth the price because and easy to get to Universal. If you are planning to be at the Park it’s also close to the tram.
