Surprised to say the least Stayed in premium room on the top floor with a king bed for one night prior to our camping trip and got a great deal, only paying $150 for the night. They had no problem with us parking our car with a canoe on top. We ended up eating dinner in the restaurant below and it beat expectations; great wine and apps, as well as delicious entrees. The bed and bathroom were clean and what you want from a hotel like this. It was a great stay before heading out into the bush for a week.

Great Customer Service My wife and I booked in on a Saturday night for a one night stay. Room was very comfortable. However, there was a wedding going on and being on 2nd floor the proximity to the venue caused us to hear constant noise from the DJ. It was very disturbing and we could not sleep. We phoned to complain. After 2 or 3 calls, the manager responded by relocating us to the top floor to a lovely room with a King bed. It was wonderful. He was very kind, soft spoken, and provocative. Believe his name was Paul. We were very much appreciated for his understanding. We were tired and needed a good night's rest.

Relaxing, even though we were there for medical they made sure there was a shower chair We were here for Medical and your staff Hats off To Shayne David and the night time staff, thank you for your hospitality!! 10 in my eyes! I don't have a camera, but did not need one....Best hospitality ever....yuo're not just another face....you're a person....we have come here a few times....give the staff a raise, You're daytime man Shayne David ...you're every needs met. Thanx for him and the night staff the night Manager another good person!!!!!

Reasonable stay This place was OK, I'd stay here again in a pinch but it is certainly an old hotel with a face lift. The room itself was fine, two queens and the bathroom itself was actually very good. Some challenges- plugs/usb ports on bedside table didn't work and the construction noise on what looks like an abandoned hotel on the other side was not good during the day. I stayed on the first floor, I'd ask for a higher floor next time as there's lots of pool traffic and noise until 10pm. Breakfast was good, they obviously had teams in but it was nice the way they served regular guests and teams in a different area. It's a holiday in, I wasn't expecting the Ritz.

Hockey travel Hockey tournament!We had a meeting room to have a team gatherings and dinner, staff were accommodating and breakfast buffet for the team was a great bonus with lots of options. Our stay was a bit pricier than others in Sudbury but overall we were satisfied.
