Clean Room I spend three days in the hotel. The room was big and clean. It was very comfortable. On wednesday there was a very nice lunch with salad, cheese and soup. During the night, the hotel was very quiet, internet works very well and the breakfast was good.

Comfortable room Spacious room with small utilitarian kitchen. Nice shower with good water flow. Clean. Breakfast had good options: hot potatoes, breakfast sausage and eggs on English muffins, dry cereal, oatmeal, fruit, waffles. Small gym space with peleton bike, treadmill, elliptical, kettlebells and dumbbells. Helpful reception.

A disappointing stay The hotel is in a good location and the layout of the suites are good. The problem was the bed and linens. The sheets would not stay on the bed and the bed was not that comfortable. Unfortunately, we visited during a period of heavy smoke from forest fires and the hallways (but not the room) were filled with smoke odour. A disappointing stay in a premieum hotel.

Highly recommended Excellent and very obliging staff, very comfortable room, great amenities including a salt water pool and fitness room, great hot breakfasts. A very enjoyable stay. I was traveling for business and this was a perfect choice, quiet and comfortable.

Unprofessional staff Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Our dog barked once in the morning as there was noise the hall. The front desk receptionist, Linda, came to our breakfast table and gave my family a loud lecture. My family is Indigenous and disabled. My dog is a support dog. This was handled extremely poorly. Linda gave us dirty looks the entire rest of our stay and was embarrassing in front of other hotel guests. Other hotel guests noticed her unprofessional behaviour. She disrupted four other breakfast tables. I would not stay in this hotel again as long as Linda is there. The other staff, especially Scott and Rebecca, were lovely.
