Wonderful Great hotel, wonderful experience all round. Very large hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast - you have to pay though. The pool is gorgeous on a gorgeous setting with the tropical beach along side. Our room was lovely and large with a terrific sea and pool view from the good size balcony. The position of the hotel is very central right next to the bus stop to take you to South beach and nearby.

Terrible When we first entered the building what we first noticed was the extremely unpleasant smell. Then when we got into our room there were stains on the floor and the ceiling. When we went for the free breakfast the next morning the lady there was unbelievably disrespectful and did not even let us open our mouths to ask questions or say anything. Also in our room we kept on finding cockroaches, the room was very small for the price and the water in the shower/bath was barely anything. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Run as far away as you can. Horrible hotel. Worse than a motel 6 for 4x the price. Good thing I didn’t need to wash my hair as the towels were small, dingy and threadbare. My gym has nicer towels. Rooms are old and worn, bathroom grout is filthy. Maybe at $29/nite, it is ok but not at $138 plus a $16 resort fee. I arrived at 7pm and checked out at 9am. Why a resort fee? Could not get out of there fast enough. Receptionist is behind what looks like bullet proof glass! This is a no class property.

Not worth the price at all Me and my sisters went on Feb 10th and we’re denied my paid booking. The lady at the front desk was mad because apparently we pulled into the place wrong. When she asked us to turn the car around, I did no issues. When I came inside to get my details from my paid reservation, I was not greeted. Even so, I greeted the lady at the front desk and gave her my card and ID as asked. Immediately without any altercation, she stated if we are going to be smoking to make sure not to do it in the room. My exact response was, “no worries we don’t smoke so there won’t be any smoke in the room.” She didn’t respond and just gave me an ugly look, and I honestly feel like she asked me this because we look young but I’m in my mid 20s… She then asked me how many ppl were in the car with me, I responded “just me and my sisters so, me included 3.” Without even looking at the paper work she stated I would be charged extra because I only paid for 2 people. I advised, I paid for 3 adults in the booking and again without looking at he paperwork she told me no it says 2 adults. Her attitude definitely wasn’t good customer service from the beginning and at this point I was trying to keep my patience! I then told her I could show her on my booking app w receipt that it says 3 adults. Once I said that, she grabbed the paper work and quietly said “ok it does show three” I said yes as I tried to tell you, and she stated if I was going to have an attitude she would cancel my booking. I stated I’m sorry I have no attitude I was just trying to explain that I paid for 3 people so I wouldn’t be charged extra for no reason and she then stated ok you aren’t staying her and I had to stay there to get her to give us the refund back and talk to Customer service. So if you’re in your 20s looking for a fun spot probably not the place to go to because you will be stereotyped. A white lady in front of me threatened her because the room was bad and she had to switch room twice already (that should’ve been my first red flag) but the attendee did not kick her out or say anything to her so she definitely has an issue with young people and really shouldn’t be working customer service because she expects a good attitude after giving the worst service.. argued w me, tried to charge me extra, then got mad when I corrected her. Thankfully we ended up finding a nice place with amazing hospitality in south beach. This place is not worth it for the price at all, when you can find way better for the price and actually be comfortable.

I never felt scared to sleep in a hotel - until now We were scared to sleep here. It is literally falling apart! There are parts of it held up by rusted poles. We were scared the hotel was not safe structurally. How is this allowed to continue...? The hotel has nothing to do with Days Inn or Wyndham. The listing on Tripadvisor needs to be updated urgently. The photos on this site must be very old. The hotel does NOT look like that.
