An amazing experience The food is delicious as well as the drinks. The customer service is amazing and everybody is really welcoming. The beds are nicely made and the views are amazing. The soaps in the bathroom are very good quality and everything is clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Miami Beach.

Staff and shop owners/workers are amazing. Kelsy at the front desk is amazing. The staff is top notch. The pizza shoppe in the lower level is fantastic. They have salads, sandwiches, amazing pizza, and some yummy little garlic knots; that’s just what I tried while there. The stand pool side has friendly staff and food as well. I saw multiple dogs so it seems to be pet friendly. The view from my deck is gorgeous of the beach and water. My room was clean. The hotel needs some updating and is a little on the worn side but I felt safe and enjoyed myself.

Bad service The service was bad , the car took approximately one hour to get there, the hotel was dirty. They did not have cups and they gave us a papear snow cone cup to drink, there was trash everywhere, the staff did not speak English, and the valet was horrible.

Very good service from Mr Alfred Very good service from Mr. Alfred at the reception, very friendly and helped us with our rooms. highly recommended, The service was very fast and they gave us a room with an ocean view for a cost of zero added dollars. We are very happy with our stay at the resort.

Great Miami getaway Fantastic customer service with every employee I’ve met and person encountered. Pool and beach are great- property is clean and well taken care of. Food at the pool side grill is fantastic! Great hotel, great room. Would recommend to book.
