Horrible Experience We are owners and did a timeshare swap. Starting off our flight got in early, they did not have any rooms available. We kept asking, they eventually got us in a room that was a bed and sofa in one room. We were to get a 1 bedroom. Went back down, they still had no rooms, 4pm when we were suppose to check in, still no rooms!! I had to pay to upgrade to a 2 bedroom to get us in a room at 530! At this point we had been up for about 24 hours. Get into the room, nothing like the pics on our timeshare swap, no balcony, no hair dryer, no coffee pot!!! So we had to pay for coffee every day!!_ Maids just come right in whenever. My daughter was in the shower and they just came in and cleaned the room(well made beds and left towels). That was about it. One closet didn’t have the pole anymore so we were unable to hang any clothes. One of the drawers was broke. The stay was a waste of our timeshare swap. This was definitely one of our worst experiences with swapping through Interval. A lot of money we had to spend for a horrible situation. The beaches were great, and the fact you have to pay for an umbrella was a bit ridiculous as well!! Definitely a money scam!!!

Thanks to the Newport staff for such a comforting stay! Our room was nothing special but the service made it all worth it. The beach and pool was the highlight of our trip. although it was quite packed with guests Marcelo was amazing and really went the extra mile accommodating us all 3 days we stayed and anthony and amanda were extremely friendly at the coconut bar we had a great time and look forward to coming back!

Pool attendance anthony Anthony r the pool attended along with every else on the pool and beach are were extremely nice, very helpful, always asking if we need it anything. Thanks anthony for making our vacation so special. We look foward to come back and hopefully see you again

Highly Disappointed I would never recommend this hotel. Extremely outdated, not the cleanest and no restaurants or gift shops. The Lobby chairs were dirty as well as the Lobby carpet. Rooms extremely outdated. I thought my husband and I would be experiencing a romantic Miami flair. To my surprise if I could have left I would have. The Lobby had a smell upon entry When we arrived to the elevator to take to our room, the room was horribly outdated. Carpet was filthy. Bathroom had no exhaust system. Shower out dated. I have never been so disappointed.
