Stay somewhere else. I had 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. The first one was filthy. There was gooey stuff on one nightstand and across the counter the tv and desk were at. The other nightstand had melted chocolate all down the front. There is no way housekeeping wiped any of the surfaces. The room they moved me to was cleaner, but old, dingy, and needed repair. The toilet ran the entire time, ask for housekeeping before you need it because it takes a day before one is assigned to your room, carpet needed shampooing, and water damage in the cabinet the mini fridge was in. I wouldn’t come here for a goodnight sleep as the sun came in full even with the blinds and sunshade closed. I appreciated that there was a free breakfast, but the food was room temperature shortly after being put out even in a steamer table. I don’t think the table was on. We’re talking about “hot” food sitting out for hours without being kept to temp. The lobby was nice and clean. Perhaps, you’d have better luck upgrading to a premiere room on the 3rd floor.

Sti haven't received deposit and it's been more than a week Booked two nights was really comforting and relaxingand the breakfastu was the best part but only have one issue they said I would take 7 days for my deposit to fall back on my account it's been longer and I never got it I sent them proof of statement and now they are telling me its gonna take 30 days because I used a paypal prepaid card for purchase., I look on there site and see nothing about deposit policy anywhere besides it'll take 7 days, I mean I do t mean to be all rude about anything but 150 is 150 out of my hard earned money not go na let that just slide I dont have that mind of money to be throwing away so I give them 3 star because they are a nice place and the breakfast is awesome but never have I had to wait 30 days for my deposit to come back to my account.

Excellent Guest Rooms And Meeting Space Just hosted a two day coin show with close to 500 attendees. The Domain staff ensured that my event went smoothly. Besides the large meeting room off the lobby there's additional space on the second floor. The guest rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The lobby bar / restaurant now features a Mexican cafe menu. Lots of delicious choices and the presentation is very cool. Nice breakfast buffet as well.

Mixed - depends on your preferences This hotel is a 4 out of 5. This is a newly renovated hotel. Spacious - though some space felt wasted. The room can be a bit dark without recessive lights. Organized and clean lobby. Some rooms weren't well cleaned. Quiet.  They also have unlimited infused water in the lobby. Unlike most hotels where the "do not disturb" sign is a hanging tag, they are smart to use a refrigerator magnet style tag so you could stick it on the door rim, this prevents the tag falling out, an interesting concept. There is an auto sensor light in the bathroom, seems like a good idea and you could set duration like 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 60 minutes, but I felt it's not as easy to use since it sometimes shut off when I was still in the bathroom and sometimes it stayed on for a long time after leaving. Other hotels auto sensor light works better. The bed is high/tall bed, a bit harder to climb for shorter people, and the bed was tilted one side in the room I stayed. They do serve hot breakfast with less selection compared to other hotels. The pancakes did not taste good. Other items were fine. They charge $12/day for parking. The entire staff were professional and courteous. The room they assigned me was not fully cleaned with hairs found on desktop, toilets, and bathtub. The staff on duty did not want to clean be saying it's not his job but offered me another room. After evaluating and I explained to him that it's more economical for them to clean the first room, so they would not need to clean two rooms the next day. He then agreed and cleaned the dirty spots. It was a bit tiring to have to go back and forth on this after a long day. This is the main reason that I couldn't give it a 5 out of 5, room uncleanliness, and how you resolve it as a team. This is in a good location if you want to be away from highways and train tracks. It's within driving distance to major tech companies with plenty of restaurants nearby. I am glad I tried even though I may not stay there again. If you don't mind challenges I mentioned above, then this still can be a good option for you.

Keeps Getting Better I stay at this hotel twice a year and I always see improvements. This time the menu was expanded. There was a lot of 'sprucing up' with fresh paint in the public bathrooms and hallways. I host an event in the hotel's first floor meeting room. The staff always ensures that things go smoothly with lots of attention to detail. Always a pleasure to stay at the Domain.
