Best room in a long time Everything was great the staff the room and the price. Cleanliness and friendliness. Wont get that much any more

Don't even think about staying here! The room heater/AC was very loud and would wake us up when it cycled on and off. There was NO housekeeping and we rationed our TP for our 3 night stay. The lamp switch between beds was broken and we needed to use the lamp plug to turn the lamp on and off. The electrical outlets were were so old that the plugs would fall out. The bathroom vent was filthy. And we were notified 2 or 3 days before travel that the breakfast would be a "to-go" breakfast with a bag of stuff I don't eat.

Wouldn’t go there again I was so disappointed with my stay. The lady at the desk was nice so I was hoping for a good stay. Right away we had to call the front desk because the tv wouldn’t work. Once working it wasn’t great because it was very difficult to get channels to change. I was also unable to connect my phone to the Wi-Fi. The bathroom tile had cracks and a missing tile. The toilet paper was very very thin. Although it was nice to have a front room, it was dark and sparsely furnished. There was work being done in the room that served breakfast (things happen) but the alternative was a grab and go bag from the front desk. I expected a tad more with the stay.

Terrible surprise in Surprise One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Room had a terrible smell and was not clean. Don’t be fooled by claim that there is a continental breakfast. Is a stale muffin in a bag - to go! There is a breakfast room but it is not being used. All covid social distancing signs are still in place at this hotel.

Pictures falling from walls and bed bugs My husband had a huge picture fall off the wall and hit him in the middle of the night. Brackets were bent and not appropriate for the size. The staff said they would “write it down.” Also we were there for two nights. It was loud all night and upon packing in the morning, I discovered what appeared to be bed bug bites down my arm.
