Older Property But Good Service This Hampton is a bit on the older side and could use some updating. The bed was average and the room we had definitely showed wear and tear. Also, the fitness room is tiny - probably the smallest one I have come across in the Hampton chain. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. Sharing a parking lot with a Denny's is kind of a plus if you are getting in late and looking for a late night snack. If going in the spring, prices will be high for what you get - but that is kind of par for the course in the Phoenix area this time of year.

Spring training and the prices are high! Can't believe we paid $300 plus for Hampton Inn, but that's what it is when it's Spring Training in Arizona. We often stay at Hampton Inns and this was typical. The room was huge! Windows open, which I like. A bit dated and well-used, but housekeeping and cleanliness is top notch. Every other day is the default for housekeeping in your room, but you can ask for every day at check-in. Breakfast is adequate and what you'd expect. The location is weird, set off of state highway 60 (Grand Avenue) amidst a odd mix of health care offices, Denny's, Circle K, etc. Reems Trail is a nice walking path behind a wall along Reems Road about two blocks away across Mountain View Blvd. We also enjoyed sitting outside by the pool although there isn't much in the way of attractive landscaping here. If you want quiet, ask for a top floor room on the back side away from Grand Ave. traffic and the rail road tracks.

Nice, clean hotel Stayed one evening as a diamond member. I knew I would be checking in late, so used the online check-in option. Had no issues with the app or using the digital key throughout my stay. Never had any interactions with the front desk, didn't need to. Room was as expected with amenities and cleanliness. Bed was comfortable enough, pillows could have been better (I prefer fuller supportive type pillows). Water pressure in the bathroom was good. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked and had a few hot options as well as cold. Overall a nice spot to stay. This area gets pricey in the winter months and during Spring Training. If the price is right, definitely consider this hotel.

Good, not great After a fast and friendly check-in, we went to a decently lit room with only one chair, a mini-fridge with freezer, and a microwave. The bed was comfortable but sloped to one side. The heat/AC unit worked well, but the noise from it woke me up at night. The well-lit bathroom had sufficient counter space. The shower head was good. We had the usual Hampton breakfast with processed hot items, hardboiled eggs, cooked oatmeal, etc.
