Best half term stay We’ve had an absolutely amazing stay once again at the belfry. We love coming here in half term with the kids, there’s always so much to do onsite & it’s perfectly situated for activities in the surrounding area. The evening meal for us was a massive highlight with Jess N as our server. She honestly couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you Jess & all the other amazing staff at the belfry. We will be returning!!!

Best country club and resort We had an amazing stay. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere with plenty of activities for the kids. The adventure play was a hit. The games room kept us occupied post dinner. The overall buzz in the lobby and at the Ryder Grill was wonderful. We visited during the Easter break and were thankful for the hospitality. Sophie was very polite at the Ryder Grill and attended us well throughout our dinner. We are sure to visit again soon.

Didn’t visit spa as they refused in date voucher over the phone!!! Poor show! We received a groupon voucher from our son which needed to be “used by” 22nd April, we have twice tried to book via the given number at the belfry (I appreciate we have left this somewhat late in fairnes) on both occasions we have been palmed off…I assume to just claim the money without providing the service maybe? I asked to speak to a manager today and was informed they don’t have managers to which I asked who was in charge?…” th duty manager” was the response!! I asked if I could speak to this individual and was left on hold before being told they couldn’t get in touch with the duty manager! I was told to call groupon and get them to deal with it which I guess was as helpful as they want to be but groupon are suggesting that we should be able to book as long as we have done so by the 22nd…..which makes sense to me!! Gemma did say I could call and speak to a manager after the bank holiday bless her….which would be the 22nd!! All in all really poor not to get a manager on the phone who I think would have simply booked us in at a date to suit both parties….i’m not bothered about the voucher particularly but the sheer lack of assistance and just argumentative attitude was poor at best! Fingers crossed groupons manager is a little fairer!! Poor show belfry!!

Amazing place, definitely recommend The Belfrey Hotel and resort is amazing, it's one of those places where everything just 'worked' for us, which is what was needed when you've booked a relaxing weekend away. Special shout out Imani for the excellent massage, best massage I've had in a long time. Thanks again! _ If you get the chance to visit,do it, you won't regret it _

Naomi was good The message was as good as those experiences in Thailand and Bali. 10 out of 10 for Naomi. The Spa was quite good, definitely worth another visit. I loved re sauna, for which there was a choice. The meal was ok for what it was, but definitely loved the Prosecco I could have done with another glass.
