Excellent hotel choice. This hotel was an excellent choice for a mini holiday. The hotel is centrally located to the restaurants and shops and across the street from the lake.
My wife and I were very happy with our room and that our requests were met. Professional and friendly staff member at check in.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff member helping was awesome! Would highly recommend!

Very rude staff upon check out Very rude staff upon check out, almost all the equipment in the gym was broken. The room smell like throw up and mould. I requested a little bit later check out because we got there very late and she would only give me 30 minutes which I found was extremely rude when I saw other people leaving early in the morning

Clean, friendly, great location A great pet friendly, family hotel and I was travelling with neither but not bothered by either. Loved the location at the end of "the strip." Best view rooms are 315, 415 and down on that side of the building on each floor. Enjoy!

Wonderful place Super clean. Great staff. Awesome location for Sylvan Lake. You park the car and can walk anywhere from the hotel. I woudl stay here again for sure. The breakfast was really good as well. Lots of good choices both cold and warm.

Average at best We decided to use this hotel because it was available short notice. The hotel was decent. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was looked ok. We still ate out. Room was clean. Tv was small with no HD channels.
