Disappointed - not worth the price point. Disappointed overall. Price paid did not reflect the hotel. The room was dark, drab, dirty carpet, stained lamps. Breakfast was very basic. Hotel photos online were deceiving as the overall feel of the hotel and room were lacking. We paid $400 for one night and would not return - at that price point we expected a lot more. Also, we were told the doors are always locked for safety and a key card is needed to get in but when we returned to the hotel at 10pm the side door was propped open and we walked in off the street - no card needed!

Perfect, Highly Recommend This place was great and centrally located. The suites were big with a full apartment fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, silverware, plates. It had a 4 seat dining table, pull out couch, 2 TVs, a closet with hangers, large bathroom. It was really great for a longer stay.

Stay here! Well located, convenient, clean, comfortable beds. I loved that the room had a kitchenette. Excellent front desk staff. Full breakfast, but I would have liked a bigger, fresher selection of fruit. I'm sure I've written en 200 characters but this silly program will not allow me to finalize my review.

Convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced in downtown area The location is great--we walked everywhere in the downtown area. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was large. The kitchenette area was useful. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not hear street noise and we slept well. We paid to park in the small hotel lot and felt the car was safe there and the price was reasonable---it seemed to be the best rate of the downtown area hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical of this type of hotel. I would likely stay here again if returning to Syracuse. Although there are nice historic photos of old Syracuse in the hotel, I wish the lobby/check in area had a historic look to match the exterior.

Hidden Gem Just enjoyed this place so much. Rooms are smaller but up to date great breakfast included walk to so many restaurants and clubs. Had the best time. Can’t wait to go back Walk to Dinosaurs restaurant and great Mexican Irish restaurants it’s the best
