Excellent hotel! Can’t say enough about the staff and service during our stay! Excellent! Courteous, kind and went out of there to make our stay pleasant and effective! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Room felt like a prison cell Following a wonderful greeting and assistance from the front desk woman (Sorry I didn't catch her name) I had a very nice dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Angelina was my server and di a fantastic job. Then I went to the other building for my room. The building exterior and hallways were warm and welcoming. When I entered my room however, I was greeted by undecorated walls and tile floors. It was as if i had entered a room at a sanitarium or prison. Now warmth or personality.

Rude management Staff was unaccommodating and outright rude. Front treated us as if they were doing us a favor by letting us staying there. Canceled the reservation and found a much better hotel in the same area. Recommend staying away and looking for places where the customer is not treated like crap.

Sub Par The convenience of this hotel to the university is tempting, but the property uses that factor to operate with skimpy service and below standard rooms. The price is good but not exceptional.

Great hotel for a conference Comfortable and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, walkable and located in a safe neighborhood in Syracuse, and if dining at the hotel, the food was consistently good.
