Worst Hotel Experience In My Life This hotel starts a lot of trouble by harassing and profiling customers. Cleaning crew doesn't clean. Roaches everywhere on the walls and under the carpet. They open your door in the morning while you're sleeping. They always come to your door and knock instead of calling. Pull out couch looks rusty, stained and never cleaned. Hotel needs to be remodeled.

La Quinta The appearance of the property was nice. Pool was maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The furniture is old - lamps were rusty, bed side table was dirty and damaged, the hotel is smelly (imagine the smell of stale urine and cigarettes, yep!) The bathroom conditions were disgusting and not very pleasing to the eyes. The shower curtain in the bathroom had stains and was torn, the toilet and the shower needed serious renovations and it was dirty. In fact we had to ask for a new room as the bathtub in the first room bathroom was rusty and the toilet had a dark brown color and it smelt terrible. The lady Brenda gave us a new room, while it was still not to our liking it was better than the first. We told her we didn’t like it because of the quality of the furniture she said “it’s an old hotel” being tired and disappointed we went with it. To make matters worst, we stayed for a week and we had to request for our room to be cleaned after no one attending to it after 3 whole days. We were there for 7 days and the room was cleaned only two times and we had to basically beg them. In addition to that the breakfast tasted awful, the fruits were spoilt and the options were limited, after the first day we decided to eat out. I must say, the ladies at the front desk were sweet but their warm welcomes could not compare to the great dissatisfaction la Quinta brought to us.
