Moldy rooms Stayed here twice now as it is conveniently located near USF. Both times our room had an overwhelming mold/mildew smell. My son ended up with a respiratory infection both times. The staff is great and the breakfast is a great added bonus but both can't overcome the mold issue so we won't be returning a 3rd time.

Best part was checking out We booked 2 rooms for family visit to Busch gardens. Our room had a leaky fridge, TV did not work half the time due to no signal, the toilet didn’t flush, the furniture was in disrepair. The sofa bed very uncomfortable. The pool was not open and had trash piled up next to it. We asked to have something printed and printer was out of order. ( no business center) . The reception started at 6:00 and bowls of snacks and veggies were totally empty by 6;30. The elevator had a 5 person limit and was slow. This hotel needs major renovation and better management. Truly a disappointment and next year we’ll be going elsewhere.

Mixed bag Nice building. Check in was chaotic. I was not recognized as an honor member. I did not receive water or a welcome bag. When I asked if I could pay with cash for a soda, I was told no, it would have to go on my bill. The room was clean and the AC was excellent. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were great. Elevators were dirty and there was some noise at night. Not the best of embassy stays.

1 night Getaway I had a few problems but Alexis took her time and helped us and made us happy talking to manager Leslie ,Alexis should be a manager Alexis was very caring. The room was very nice and the Bed was very Comfortable and the Breakfast was very good. ..

Fantastic experience at the Embassy Suite Tampa Florida This is a beautiful and clean hotel. Angela at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful in suggesting things to do and places to eat while visiting Tampa. Cudos for great customer service!! I would definitely recommended staying here.
