ESA We are having a wonderful stay here! Everyone that works here is really nice! The hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious! There is a full kitchen with lots of cabinet space with full size refrigerators. We love staying here and love the ESA brand all around.

Extended Stay Staff and management very attentive to my needs. Informative and helpful. Room was clean, with a kitchen that one could actually cook in and with a fridge. Stayed for over a ten day period and it turned out to be exactly what was needed for this trip. Will definitely be returning.

Place is run down poorly managed Place has roach issue this place is run down mold in the bathroom vent fan hasn't ran in years as u can tell bathroom light was broken door lock was broken the appliances were date and worn place had a bad odor and is very dark ar night the front desk closes from 10pm to 9am. Room 206 4811 memorial tampa avoid them all here

Poorly managed. You can find better! The one positive aspect about this hotel is that it is close to the airport, which can be a time-saver. Everything else about the hotel was negative. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Hallways and room were outdated and dingy. Free breakfast consisted of a few granola bars and oatmeal pouches, along with a completely empty coffee machine (and we did NOT arrive late in the morning). Extended Stay corporate management refunded our money after we were double-billed for our stay. A "shady" hotel clerk seemingly lied to us and gave us a bogus cancelation receipt. I was grateful for the refund, but I invested vacation time making a few phone calls to resolve the problem (that I did not cause in the first place). Obviously, I won't stay at this hotel ever again. It was a total waste of my money AND my time! (March 2024)

Don't stay here I don't think Extended Stay owns this hotel anymore. There were no dishes or cookware in the kitchen and the front desk doesn't have any. Bring your own if you stay here. The front desk also didn't have any pillows or bedding for the pull out couch. Bring your own. There was no hair dryer. Bring your own. There was no grab and go breakfast. Bring your own. My hotel keys didn't work. The lobby is also closed in the morning so good luck with that. There is no pool. Don't bring a bathing suit. There is a strong smell of the devil's cabbage in the hallway and the sounds of the long term residents beating their wives and children. When we mentioned it to the front desk, he said, "It's probably room 218." There are lots and lots of pets staying here so if you have pet allergies, bring allergy meds. Bring your own shampoo and soap.
