Shuttle service to the park is a game changer. The room location had a big wall out the window so we could not see the park but we stayed in the park for the fireworks, so the wall was not really a problem. Towels were an issue, family of 5 our room had 3 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth, we requested that housekeeping just please brings us some more towels and take our trash and leave some bags, they DID NOT. One call down to the desk to Rick and Katie and we had 5 towels and washcloths and they were warm. Rick and Katie saved the day!!

Busch Gardens Great location. The shuttle service to the park was great. Rick the driver really took care of us. Breakfast was better than the standard carb feast. Lots of restaurants located within walking distance. Will definitely use this Holiday Inn again.

Mike and Gail G In town to go to Busch Gardens. Room nice, shuttle driver friendly, front desk friendly, checkin was quick. Our coffee pit was broke but housekeeper gave a replacement immediately. Only complaint, need a couple more towels. We had 4 in the room, ran out of towels, requested more, never received. Other than that, suited our needs just fine. Breakfast free, not huge but enough to start the day.

Great experience! Stayed because of location and free shuttle to Busch Gardens. Very pleased with cleanliness and size of suite. Staff was very friendly and diligent in fixing a computer glich at check-in. Shuttle was very convenient! Would definitely stay again.

Good location but… The check in procedure was really easy. Once we got to our room, we had some troubles with the keys, they didn’t work. Once inside, the shades were not working so it was midway, couldn’t close it neither open it. The maintenance guy told us it has a part broken and they already asked for it. We stayed for 3 days and never received our breakfast. It was clean and comfy beds.
