Eva, the bartender at the lobby bar was outstanding. Her service, her personality, and her demeanor were the highlights Eva, the bartender was outstanding. Her service, her demeanor, and her attitude were the highlights of my evening. She was holding court with myself and a couple of my traveling companions up until closing time. Not all Hotel bars are created equal.

Nice Hotel and Great Location We really liked this hotel. Very reasonably priced for the quality and location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a parking garage for covered parking at no extra charge. Breakfast was included and Robin our server was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Review of Breakfast at the Westshore Grand Hotel I had breakfast each morning in the Westshore Grand restaurant and was greeted daily with a big smile by Robin. It is always a pleasure to return to the Westshore Grand Hotel and see Robin at Breakfast. Great service provided by her and the staff.

Robin M. Robin M who works at the hotel restaurant was wonderful and gave us excellent service. She really turned our experience here around. Other team members were also very hospitable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the coffee was amazing.

Robin is a great server Amazing service by Robin she went above and beyond to make the experience a genuine and enjoyable. She is a pleasure to deal with so try to make sure that she is your waitress. In all honesty the rest of the staff also was very kind. The food is good but the service is the best...we did not have the buffet
