Filthy and unkept The lobby and 1st floor smelled very strongly of marijuana. There was dog pee on the wall, door, and floor in by the mini-fridge. There was a very large dog footprint on the sheets of one of the beds. The room was just dirty. The furniture had fallen apart and been screwed back together. Other pieces had trim coming off. The faucet in the tub was dripping and the drain was rusty. The ice maker in our building was disassembled, so I walked all the way to the back building and the one in the other building was not working. Both were filthy. There was rust and peeling paint in the common areas.

Never consider this dump This place needs to be shut down. Internet did not work all week. Did not see housekeeping once all week for seven night stay. Dogs barking, loud noises in the hallways. Drugs blatantly being sold in the parking lot right outside the rear door. Prostitutes roaming the grounds. Nearly called the police on several occasions due to shouting and the smell of drugs in the hallway in the middle of the night. Easily my worst hotel stay ever in 53 countries.

Typical low-rent hotel Hallways smelled like pot & cat pee, & cosmetic repairs are needed throughout. But our room was clean & the shower has great water pressure. We also liked that many bars & restaurants were in easy walking distance, so we could have a meal & drinks without worrying about transportation. Neighborhood feels safe, but the property was a nudge on the sketchy side. Never felt afraid, but am glad I was here with a friend & not alone.

Nojento What a disgusting motel in Tampa. My room is full of croaches and nobody can do nothing, that's what the guy on the front desk said. Only by morning! I asked my money back after 1 hour but they could'n too because i only get refound in 30minutes. So, basicly: "sleep with croaches and deal with that because we wont and we're keeping your money". . Nojento! Meu quarto tinba baratas e ngm podia fazer nada as 11 da noite, foi o que o cara da recepção me disse. Então pedi meu dinheiro de volta pois tinha feito o check in as 10 da noite, mas não podia também pois o reembolso é somente meia hora após o check in (nem sabia disso). Então basicamenfe: "durma com aa baratas e lide com isso pois nós não vamos e ficaremos com seu dinheiro".

Aviod this place at all costs! Straight up NASTY! I know Motel 6 is a less expensive place to stay, but this place takes the cake! I think they must put everyone with pets in the rear building, as the hallway stank grossly like months of urine soaked into the carpet. It was flat out GROSS! The room was at least better than the hallway. Things that were NOT included in the room was: A clock, a coffee maker, daily maid service, enough soap, a bible, a dresser, or a safe that worked. You did not feel safe in that building. I was really worried that the car would be broken into. Also, lots of yelling going on at all hours. Lots of people just hanging around outside. Several other guests have reported seeing drug deals, and I could totally see that happening there, based on our stay. We will NOT be staying at this location ever again.
