USED CONDOM IN THE ROOM! This place was booked for me by the company I work for. Either they did not bother reading the reviews before hand or they just didn’t care cause it’s cheap. This place is absolutely horrendous and is NOT worth it. You couldn’t pay me to stay in this place. Stains over everything, nothing had been cleaned! On entry to the room I was shocked to find a used condom on the floor which I photographed and showed to the receptionist. They refunded my company and I was left with no choice but to book an AirBnB for the week.

Horrible! BUG INFESTED! Do not spend your money here! Regrettably, our recent stay at the Red Roof Inn was marred by numerous concerns, most notably a severe infestation of bugs. Despite our last-minute reservation for a celebratory dinner, the state of the room was alarming. While we understand that Red Roof Inn is generally a budget-friendly chain, we have stayed with them on multiple occasions without encountering such issues in the past. Although the staff member who checked us in was pleasant and efficient, the condition of the lobby should have been a warning sign, as it appeared unkempt and poorly maintained. Upon entering the room, we were met with blood-stained pillowcases, burn marks on the tub, rust on the fixtures, and overall filthiness on the walls and floors. It was evident that basic cleanliness standards had not been met for quite some time. The presence of bugs, bloodstains, and linen stains was particularly alarming. Another reviewer had previously mentioned the infestation roughly a month ago, and unfortunately, I must confirm their observations. I strongly urge the health department to conduct a thorough investigation of this property. In addition to leaving this review, I will be contacting corporate as well as the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to address these issues. Please see attached photos for further evidence of the unacceptable conditions we encountered The cleaning team, management, and the franchise owner need immediate restructuring and retraining.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been The room was very very messy and in the bathtub their were cockroaches and the first room we got smelled like cigarettes but the lady at the front desk would not give refund and overall I definitely would not recommend.

Needs some work! The location of the hotel is convenient and close to alot of shopping and restaurants just a few minutes drive away. However, I would not stay here again. I think this is the last Red Roof I am staying. The room was dirty, old and needs alot of work. I was on the 2nd floor and the toilet did not flush properly. The bath stopper only stays down, so we had to use the small shampoo bottle to hold it in. Despite the issue, a clean room would have been good. There was someone nail clearly clipped and still by the bedside table; furnitures were rusting and need some dusting and roaches..lots of roaches that came out during the night. Management needs to take better care of the property, as it has alot of potential.

Big mess!! What a mess, floors were so dirty, the water closet would hardly flush, room is filled with smoke, walls have moldew, I was there over the weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, not a day did come in to change the sheet, it is a total mess, I WILL NEVER USE THAT HOTEL.
