Peckforton Castle

Unforgettable luxury at its best!! This place is just pure luxury and so beautiful! From the gardens to the building and rooms it’s simply stunning. I booked for my husband’s birthday and they had even done a special birthday plate in our room for him with happy birthday on and Bon Bons from the chefs in chocolate! The restaurant and the food was a fantastic experience and the food out of this world one of best I’ve ever eaten at. We Will definitely be returning. Superb experience.

Perfect Stay I booked a stay at Peckforton Castle for my parents to celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. They absolutely loved their time there. The suite was immaculately clean, very spacious, and made for a luxurious and comfortable stay. A lovely anniversary platter awaited them on arrival, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise. Every member of staff was polite, well-trained, well-presented, and incredibly attentive – they really made my parents feel special from start to finish. The afternoon tea was plentiful and fresh, the evening meal in the brasserie was delicious, and they thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast the next morning. Thank you to everyone at Peckforton Castle for making their special celebration so memorable – I truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience for them.

Yet another great stay Yet another excellent stay. Room was spacious and the evening meal was very good. The service from entering to leaving was friendly and professional. Although the drinks are slightly expensive you pay for the ambience. A must for that special occasion

Great value We enjoyed our stay here beautiful surroundings. The food was excellent in the evening and breakfast was very good too. Would have no hesitation recommending family and friends to stay.In a good location for exploring Cheshire we were very happy with our choice.

Afternoon Tea Actual tea room is somewhat cramped. Tea was average as : (1) no loose tea despite being on the menu (and very little choice), (2) no filtered coffee despite being on the menu, (3) crusts still left on most of the finger sandwiches which is not normal practice and, (4) the mustard mayonnaise was missing from the ham sandwich. Despite this the overall quality / taste of the food was fine.
