Good Stay, property could use a little TLC. Good stay & awesome staff! Stayed only one night & very little of that night which is par for the course for the company i work for. The Staff made my travel easier & very uplifting on arrival (and i was late) they saved my room although i did NOT say i was going to be that late. It was very nice to know that Marriott has your back! Good room, clean & comfy bed. I would suggest more outlets & a little TLC on the property would make it a 5 star stay for sure! Thanks again, i shall return!

Just Ok. Pros: Quiet location. The Bistro is convenient. Cons: Hotel/Rooms a little dated. Hallways are noisy. Our AC crapped out late at night… was hot and uncomfortable all night. Would have maybe given 4-stars, but interacted with some non-customer service minded folks working at The Bistro. They spent more time arguing about an incorrect order (was an order entry error on their part) than resolving the actual problem. Definitely not customer oriented. All said, giving 3-stars. They’re lucky the Bistro incident didn’t drop my review to 2-stars.

I don’t recommend I must tell you I was left very unsatisfied with our 2 night stay. Upon arrival the clerk was very short and not very friendly. We then ventured to our room where the the fridge was dirty (pancake syrup on the bottom of it). I put out on the door the room service card which I though was a fabulous idea just to return the next night to no service being completed. This was very frustrating as I now had to go back to the desk and ask for towels. We requested a late checkout for 1 pm and was rudely denied and told 12 pm was the latest that the hotel would do! I figured I had until 11 to catch up on much needed rest before making a 7 hour trip to just be woken up to fire alarms going off. No warning provided to the guests! Was told the system was being tested. What a horrible feeling it is to be awoken to the sound of a fire alarm.Your hotel left me with much to be desired!

Very Convenient ane Welcoming Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a place to stay while my apt was beening painted. Clean room and great amenities. Great lounge and updated lobby area. Easy to find and parking was complimentary

RuDE STAFF Lily at tbe front desk is rude and disrestpectful she had the nerve to tell me come down staura and get your food !! u cabt do that u cant have no contact delivery !! the nerve of her!! im a older person for this young girl talking to me like this i called for a late check out the next day the whole staff at tge front desk ignored ny calls So rude they have no ettiquete horriable!! i had to call the hotel from my personal cell phone to ask for a late checkout!! unbelievable!! DONT STAY HERE STUCK UP RuDE STAFF THE HAMPTON INN STAFF IS SO NICE AND ACCOMADTING !! SHAME ON YOU COURTYARD THE STAFF HERE NEEDS SOME HOSPATALITY & SOME ETTIQUITE!!
