Next to no drawers!!?? The good: clean spacious room, refrigerator in room, good water pressure, comfortable bed, okay pillows. Seems like a nice neighborhood with not too many businesses in the area but close to NYC. The bad: next to no place to put our things. One single drawer!! Ten hangers for the closet. Next to no shelf space. Bathroom has no shelf space or drawers. Shower only, does not have a handheld shower head. As mentioned room is spacious but besides the king bed and a shelf on each side of the bed and desk unit with the one drawer and refrigerator, there is only a chase lounge so the room seems like it is missing something. How about a dresser, that would easily fit. I know hotels have been minimizing drawer space in the past few years but this is crazy. Do they want us to use Air B&B instead of their hotels? Glad we are only here two days!

Zero Customer Service at Front Desk June 19, 5 pm. Both front desk on duty literally ignored me while I was there - first to check in and secondly to reset the electronic card that didn't work. The lobby want busy and at one point, I was the only person and yet they walked right into the back office. When I'm finally being attended to, I informed the lady the key card didn't work. She took it, I'm assumed recode it and place it m the counter without saying anything. No eye contact, no here's your card. This is totally unacceptable if you're working the front desk. As for the room, it's nice, clean and very spacious. Don't bother using your Marriott app to request for service or toiletries in advance. It will say request fulfilled but nothing given. To summarize, great location, great room. People service ZERO.

Hotel very good, Pancetta Wine bar bartender the worst. PROS- My wife and I were in the area on business and stayed at this Marriott on Sunday night, 5/2/2021. The hotel itself is beautiful, staff very friendly, rooms were clean and quiet. CONS- 6:30pm we ate in their Pancetta restaurant, maybe only 8 people in the place, food and service very good, "EXCEPT for their BARTENDER working Sunday night." I ordered my all time favorite a Bourbon Manhattan which is a popular drink that any bartender knows how to make, "EXCEPT this guy" They brought my drink to the table, a glass full of ICE and three Olives in the drink, Manhattan's don't get served with a full glass of ice and certainly, most definitely do not get served with olives. I paid $19.00 for a drink that was not worth $1.00, I pointed it out to our server named Rachid who was not a bartender himself and had no clue. I was to tired to argue or complain so I just removed the olives and drank it. Second go around I asked for a bourdon on the rocks to see what the moron bartender would make me this time, surprising he got it right but charged me a dollar more, I paid $20.00 for the single pour bourbon on ice. Beautiful hotel, food good in the Pancetta Restaurant, but don't order anything other than food. You order a wine and may get a beer, you order a Manhattan and you could get anything, like me, your'll get half of a Manhattan and half of a Martini, if the same bartender is working that night. I enjoy a good meal and good drink after a long day and this is not the place to get a good drink, find another hotel if you like a good drink to relax at the end of the day. Also they have a Starbucks on the first floor and even though they advertise Open Times, they open when they please. Monday morning showed they open at 6:30am, after a few trips to the lobby to find out they were closed was frustrating, they finally opened at 7:30am another disappointment.

Horrible I used to stay here a lot. What a disappointment. On a recent stay I found a Subpar room quality, poor housekeeping, and bad customer service. Stay away and go somewhere else. Not worth the price nor the Marriott brand.

Karen Sanz! Thank you so much! I must acknowledge and congratulate Karen Sanz ! I have no words to express how thankful I am for her service. I called for three consecutive days trying to arrange an amenity. What amazed me was her attention to detail. The second and third day she remembered me , remembered everything we talked about the amenity( she even remembered my name ) Customer service like that I appreciate! Thank you for taking your time making suggestions ( even when I didn’t know what I was looking for) . I explained it to you ( the occasion), you put your heart into it and gave it all!( and that means a lot). An applause to you ! You’re such an asset !
