When will it be fixed??? Laundry has been broken for a week and no sign of it being fixed and no alternative. Told that it’s being outsourced for repair so it should have been fixed already, unless it’s not been outsourced? So not sure why it’s still broken for over a week??

Avoid this property Rochelle at the front desk is very helpful, but this is easily the nastiest Hilton property I have ever stayed in, and I have 3 nights to go. Bottoms of my socks are filthy after 10 minutes in the room upon arrival. Face plates missing from electrical outlets. Weird stains on the pullout couch mattress. Tile looks like it hasn’t been mopped in weeks. Etc.

Disappointing Stay: Unhygienic Conditions and Poor Maintenance I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the receptionist was friendly, which was a positive start. However, the issues began as soon as we entered our room. There was a musty smell, and the pullout sofa had only a sheet on it, which had some hairs on it. When I reached out to the front desk, I was informed that we needed to ask for bedding for the pullout sofa, a detail I wasn’t told beforehand. Moreover, I was left wondering why there was a dirty sheet on the sofa bed in the first place. It took 30 minutes for the security lady to bring the bedding, and she didn’t say a word when she handed it over. The condition of the room was quite disappointing. The sofa cushions and chair looked worn out and dirty, and we found two spiders during our two-night stay. The bedroom had a small AC unit with a hose running to the window, held up by duct tape, which was quite concerning. One of the beds even had a blood stain on the sheet. The most disturbing issue was the foul sewer smell that came out of the sink in the living area whenever we turned on the shower. Additionally, the Jacuzzi had a greenish tint, which was very off-putting. I wish I had asked the other soccer parents about this hotel before booking because those who had stayed there before told me they would never stay there again. Add me to that list. I will never come back.

Only Stay on the Highest Floor Stayed on the third floor. Warned front desk that I usually get stompers who don't realize or care somebody is staying below them when I don't stay on the top floor. One hour in and the stomping began. Off and on for 12 hours. Staff called the person above but it did not work. I give the staff credit that I was moved to the top floor the next night with no problems. Surprise. Room on third floor had doors that did not slide and faucets that did not work and other problems. Top floor was nicer and maybe newer. No real problems. So, I would stay there again but only on the top floor.
