Fabulous Staying We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The amenities, the staff, and the room were all top-notch. The only minor issue was that our room wasn't ready until 3:45, even though we arrived at 2 and expected to check in at 3. Nonetheless, we will definitely be visiting again soon. Our only regret is not booking for an extra day, but we already had other plans.

Family Stay for a Wedding. Our family stayed her for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The hotel has a very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very clean and well maintained. You always saw team members around tending to the grounds and enhancing the property. The pool area was great with lots of shade. They had table tennis and putting green which my son enjoyed. 1 of the days for over an hour we had the entire pool to ourselves. Dinning options were a little limited during the morning and early afternoon mid week, but otherwise were pretty good. Big shout out to Samantha at the front desk who was able to find my wife’s wedding ring we left behind and had them at the front desk when we came back and a big thank you to Kayla at the bouquet restaurant in the mornings for always being so friendly, inviting and attentive. We really enjoyed our time here at this hidden gem in Temecula.

0 customer service, mid rooms The moment we enter at check in was when we started hearing “no” for every small request. “Can we pls have a king bed room instead of 2 Queens?” Without even checking she goes “no we are completely full and you booked through Expedia”. Mediocre 2-3 star rooms with 0 character, non caring staff who lied although they knew it was my husbands bday on another small request to give us a vineyard facing room at least and were told “no, you booked through Expedia and we are at full capacity.” Not only am I seeing same day openings for bookings today but also saw vacant rooms on the way to ours. They don’t believe in basic customer service and do not care for their guests. Never again here, should have booked elsewhere or stayed home which is nicer than this room.

The Inn is just as beautiful as their vineyard We decided to do a last minute trip to Temecula with the family and were stuck between staying at the Ponte Inn or at the South Coast Resort ( right next to them). All I have to say is I do not regret staying here! We were welcomed with a glass of Ponte Moscato and as we walked to our rooms you could smell the cleanliness. Our room had French doors looking out to the beautiful vineyard. We ate at all three restaurants located on the Ponte Vineyard (Bouquet restaurant, The Cellar and The Restaurant ant Ponte ) and the food at each one was amazing! If you go The Restaurant at Ponte you must try their Beef + Polenta plate, the beef is filled with so much flavor. All the staff we interacted with throughout the entire property were very nice, accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. We look forward to returning to the Ponte Vineyard Inn.

Always a great experience at Ponte This place is awesome! We have stayed at the Inn a few times and have been wine club members at Ponte Winery for about 18 years. The winery, the hotel and the restaurants were just as good as they have always been. Our room with a view into the vineyards was beautiful and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We especially want to give extra kudos to Jackie in the Restaurant at Ponte and Macy in the Cellar Bar for their great service. Phenomenal service, great food and great wines made our most recent Valentines week stay very memorable. We look forward to our next visit to Ponte!
