Don’t stay here Everything in the room is dated and or in bad condition. Smelly faucets, stains on carpet, extremely noisy air conditioner. The food prices were high and no cafe/bar options for before or after hours to escape the room.

South Coast used to be such a nice place to visit... During our recent stay, we experienced significant issues that greatly impacted our visit. Firstly, we faced extreme difficulty when trying to make reservations for the hotel and spa, as the staff was severely short-staffed. It took several days of calling before anyone responded. Once at the hotel, our room keys repeatedly failed, requiring us to get replacements three times over a two-night stay. While being transported by hotel staff on a golf cart, we were struck by a car. The driver who hit us became belligerent, using profanity and racial slurs. Shockingly, the hotel staff member involved failed to obtain the driver’s license plate number or file an incident report. The hotel manager later confirmed that there are no cameras or any kind of surveillance in the parking lot. I had an appointment at the Grape Seed Spa, but due to the accident, they were unable to work on my back and neck. So my massage was cancelled. I wont even get into the food at the restaurant. As long-time guests who have visited this hotel for years, we have noticed a decline in service and overall experience. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was the worst we have ever had.

Mom Daughter trip Booked our stay close to Galway Downs to watch nephew’s soccer tournament. Bonus was staying at a winery resort and enjoying the wine tasting, restaurant and other amenities. Close to other amazing wineries too. We will be back!

Usually good, but last visit was not. Most recent visit was not good but usually they are 5 stars. 1. Room promised was taken away from us, due to "out of order".
