Poor customer service We booked 3 nights here while visiting family in the area. Our flight from the Midwest was delayed; I called to inform them ahead of time, but when we arrived we had been marked as a no show in the system. It took a good 20 minutes to check us back in at 2 am. The next day our room was not refreshed or cleaned. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone right away. A service person came and basically handed us towels and a handful of coffees and teas and was extremely rude when I asked if the room was going to be cleaned, “I’m not housekeeping.” He told me that the housekeeping staff was basically “lazy” and that was why the room had not been cleaned and was argumentative when I said we had not put out the do not disturb sign. I also had questions about my bill and was told that the manager was coming in at 9 and would clear up any questions I had. When I came back at 9:15 I was told she was in a meeting and couldn’t see me, to come back in the morning. The young man at the front desk was very polite but didn’t appear to be able to answer questions about charges on my credit card. We are very dissatisfied with our stay and would not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE - they will keep your money and then bank on you giving up trying to get it back. I wrote a positive review about my stay in 2023, but what i've experienced over the past 3 months trying to sort out them double charging me is absolutely unacceptable. Based on my positive experience in 2023 coming to Temecula for a soccer tournament when 3 of our team families stayed here, I pushed for our entire team to all stay here in 2024. It was a NIGHTMARE to book - one mom booked multiple rooms to ensure all teams had a room. She ended up with an extra room and it was less expensive than the one I had booked (because they didn't have standard price rooms left) so we called and had them cancel my original reservation and move one of the rooms under my name. This was many weeks in advance. The other mom called to try and ask for an extra roll away bed and they said she didn't have any rooms. They had moved ALL of them to my name. We had to call back together and get her room back to her. These are not quick calls - you get put on hold for a long time and there is no email address to write to. But we called again, waited again, and were told and reassured that all was repaired. Cut to last month, I see they've charged me for 2 rooms! I call am put on endless hold. I call again, the front desk person insists that I must have booked 2 rooms. I tell them to look at the notes, etc. They say they'll get the manager to look the next day. Suffice to say this that didn't work - the manager left a voicemail without any assurance that this nightmare was resolved. I called back again (mind you I have a job! and can't spend hours on hold to repair their mistakes!) but I waited endlessly. I wrote them emails that probably go nowhere from the receipt email address (that's another nightmare.). They don't reply to emails - I asked for copies of my receipt and they sent them to the other mom. They don't have an email address on the website - only this tciresort.com email that apparently no one checks. DO NOT STAY HERE - they will keep your money and then bank on you giving up trying to get it back. I hope this gets their attention. My name is on this review and the stay was over Memorial Day Weekend when the rooms cost 3x normal to ensure price gouging. Please address. I don't want to be forced to write to the better business bureau or call my credit card company. It's really sad because the hotel is lovely.

Good, but not great as expected Overall it was a good stay, but for the price point and the location, the expectations were not met. Especially it being a primary place where golf enthusiasts stay. Possible factor: I had a dog (?). Let me explain... LOCATION: Is great! Pechanga is down the street which if you tell the front desk you'd like to ride the shuttle van they will pick up and drop off to and from Pechanga to the Inn. Its also surrounded by a golf course which leaves well kept landscaping and beautiful scenes. It's a large property that sort of resembles like a campground where there's a restaurant on one end, a beautiful area for weddings, and the rooms. FOOD/CORK FIRE KITCHEN: Is delicious! The room service food is from this restaurant. ROOM: Generally it looks like they renovated the room and made added unique bits here and there to make it updated. Pros- the balcony view is peaceful. The outside seating is quaint and peaceful. The room. The bed was very comfortable with equallyl comfy pillows and sheets. Spacious, and calm with the outdoor balcony access. The room front door is unique and the room key is wood which was pretty neat. Cons- no mini refrigerator so for those of you who want to have a "staycation" and lounge in the room all day be aware. The bathroom tub was NOT clean to my liking with stains (see pictures). The carpet had stains which made me feel dirty and questioned being barefoot. Now I brought my dog so I get it if they put me in a room that's designated for guests with pets BUT I've stayed at other places with my dog and the room carpet was not stained in this way ESPECIALLY for this standard of a hotel/inn. I was taken back and disappointed by this. That $100 pet fee is NOT refundable so it makes me question what are they doing with the money because clearly they are not using it to actually clean the rooms the way they should based on looking at the carpet. BREAKFAST: They have a door hanger that has breakfast menu items where you're meant to write out what you want for breakfast if you'd like breakfast. It says clearly to leave it out on the door knob and it's collected nightly. Well, I followed the instructions, and sure enough the next morning, it's still there. It wasn't picked up. So now, I feel they should've written in the instructions to give them a call so they know to pick it up. Had to get breakfast off property. Would I stay here again? Yes, and I'll go without my dog this time to see how the other rooms look like. Still disappointed by the quality of the cleanliness with or without a dog, it should all be the same caliber of cleanliness.

Temecula Creek Inn and Golf Course Well maintained facilities. 3 beautiful 9 hole golf courses. On site restaurant and bar has amazing food and drinks. Close to downtown, casino and wine country. Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and enjoyable staff. Welcoming place to stay and play.

Disappointing for the price For the price, we didn't expect to have (only 2) PLASTIC glasses in the room. Also, the bath gel dispenser didn't get work. We had to call maintenance to get it fixed. Again, for the price, the golfing experience was a disappointment. The cart guy was downright surly, the gal at the snack bar clearly didn't want to be there and certainly didn't care if I placed my order or not! The Oaks course was nice but the Creek course really needed some attention. Some holes were totally lacking forward tees, some had forward tees and others had just one marker at the forward tees. It ended up being an afternoon of searching for the tee boxes, in many cases having to circle back and play from the white tees when we were unable to find the forward tees. Maybe there was some method to which holes had them and which didn't but we got absolutely no information from the cart guy. The golf course staff could really benefit from some customer service training. The one bright spot was dinner at the restaurant. Most of the entries were delicious and our server, Layla, was terrific.
