Scam property will double charge you then avoid you This property will double charge you then lie about a manager never being available. I have been pretty patient as it's been a month but they double charged me and still no manager available for refund. I have seen other reviews where they double charged and overcharged and the manager is no where to be found. This hotel is not worth it and the customer service is trash. Last minute booking, wish I did more research.

Lacks basic security… My parents had to go to Tempe for a family emergency and I decided to book them a hotel. They called me at about 11 am about the hotel. Apparently the front desk attendant had given them a room that was already occupied. How would that happen you ask? Well, the attendant reeked of marijuana and was probably too high to be able to use his computer. Anyways, he gives my parents another room and when my parents attempt to take a shower it appears that they have no cold water. My parents have lived in Arizona for well over 20 years so they know how to handle some hot water. They run for several minutes and apparently they never get any cold water. When they complain the front desk attendant says he doesn’t have anyone to fix it until the next day and refuses to give a refund. Security and running water are basics that you should be able to expect in a hotel, but apparently not at Sonesta

Avoid This Property DO.NOT.STAY.HERE! Let me start by saying we have stayed at Sonesta Properties in other cities before. This one is to be avoided. I cannot explain enough how awful our experience was here. Let me state that our time there was VERY short (about 30 minutes in total) before we caught the first available ride-share and went somewhere else. They say pictures are worth a thousand words so I am including just a few that show how dirty, disheveled, broken, dangerous and disgusting our 2 king room suite was. All this AND a thumbtack left in the middle of the floor that my child almost stepped on! If our initial greeting by the young lady at the front desk would have been friendlier or more pleasant, I may have been willing to just ask for another room. Needless to say, I didn't and we went on to enjoy our vacation with a different hotel property

Great Suites option in great location Great value, wonderful accommodations nice suited room with full kitchen- we had a great stay! Was super happy that they welcomed our chi-weenie. The hot breakfast with tons of options and different entrees was a real Treat. Pool and hot tub nice, had a basketball court too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nick is the best! I was booked here in error by my company so I didnt stay here overnight but I had to mention how Nick at the front desk is AMAZING. So kind and helpful. He is an asset to your company and he really makes a difference with his kind demeanor and willingness to help.
