Great staff We had the best experience with Shiloh! She is so sweet and attentive! One of the best employees I’ve ever gotten the chance to meet! She helped us out and always gave her all whenever we had a question or request!

Shi'loh at the Front Desk My husband and daughter arrived at the hotel after 18 hours of driving. I had booked the room for them; however had not stayed at this property but it is closer to ASU where my husband will be moving her in. After 2 rooms that were not adequate to stay in I called the front desk and got Shi'loh. I told her that they had already moved twice however, the 2nd room was still not ready for them and I felt bad since I booked it. What could she do? She said I will move them to another room, 1st she said she would check the room to make sure it was in good order, she would have the bell-hop move their stuff and she would even make sure that they had a free breakfast in the morning. She was kind and polite, and was willing to make their experience a good one. I talked to my husband and Shi'loh ended up helping move their stuff -Shi'loh needs to be recognized by her manager- she went above and above. My daughter and husband said Shi'loh was awesome as well.

Just ok. Let me start with the good. The food was great. The drinks were good. Lobby bar was fantastic. Chris was a great bartender. The registration desk was also great. Bree did a great job accommodating moving us from a room with nothing but freeway noise to a nicer room close to the pools The not so good. There was a total lack of consistency during our stay (18 year wedding anniversary). One day the restaurant is open. The next it’s closed. One day there is pool side service. The next day there isn’t. Also no explanation as to why or a schedule posted. Was just a roll of the dice. The pool was disgusting. I swear the bugs were enjoying cooling off more than I was! Lol. We stayed for a week and never say anyone tend to the pool. One chair I was sitting on fell apart. Two bolts fell off. Most embrellas were broken as well. And the meth toothed pool security guard was just creepy and didn’t get the social cues that we didn’t feel like chatting. Also. No music. Nothing. Just a boring pool scene When I first stepped on the elevator I was concerned it was taking me to hell it was so hot And slow. There was a fire alarm panel right outside the rooms round a bout that was blaring for 6 of the 7 days were stayed at the resort. If you are into insects you won’t find a better place to stay. Flys will join you for your meals. Bees will swim in the pool with you. And cockroaches will tuck you in at night. Won’t stay again.

Great views of the City and Mountain Needs updates Beautifully set with in the mountain. Great staff at the front desk. Room needs updates and some paint throughout the property. It looks neglected. Paint was peeling around the pool deck and floating in the pool. Pool assistant looked like he was bothered by working each day I saw him this week. Good points were the restaurant at the Top of the Rock. 5 Stars for the staff and the Sea Bass along with the chocolate cake and the view was magical. Great location for the Tempe area and close to the Airport.

So out dated! The rooms look like they are from the 80s! The property is beautiful but so disappointing. The bathrooms were gross. Felt like I was staying at a days in. Horrible coffee in room. Bad service. Never staying here again.
