Friendly Staff! Very Clean! Very hospitable staff and everything clean! Breakfast menu and coffee very good. Great location across from asu and the arts center.

comfortable no hassle friendly place to stay The Graduate Temp is close to ASU and the airport. The pool is cleaner then any pool I have ever been in at a hotel, the deck is kept clean. Every staff member was helpful and friendly, the bar and food employees made sure we liked the food and drinks, they even made drinks we asked them to make ones they had not made before... they were excellent! House keeping was very helpful and polite.

Would stay again Not too happy with on site parking. I felt that $15 p/day should have afforded us at minimum a SECURED location.

Eclectic decor, excellent location, friendly staff Eclectic decor, excellent location, friendly staff. Our bathroom sink was clogged so that was just gross, housekeeping staff must have known & ignored it. We were on a tight schedule and did not want to share our space with a plumber or move rooms , so we sucked it up. Hate trash & single use plastics, hospitality industry are rated the worst offenders, they have a restaurant/diswasher on site so put some glass glasses and ceramic coffee cups in rooms, I am sick of those specimen cups wrapped in film. The instant coffee tasted terrible, need a better solution.
