not worth the money horrible check in when we got in room hubby went to open the Curtains the fail on him that was not a good start ,sink was plunged , desk clerk move us to another room that was not good ,sink plugged told them they said , they said we dont have a night Maintenace man ,so we said will deal with it we just wanted to get some rest . bad spell in room , beds were ok . wont stay agian .....

In desperate need of some TLC When you walk through the main entrance, the first thing that greets you is the smell of stale smoke. The hotel is in major need of renovation, it's very dated and not very clean. I was only staying here for one night so just dealt with it. Our room was ok however the outlet by the bed looked like it was covered in dust so I tried to clean it, however the dust was caked on (see photos) and it was disguting. As a Hilton Diamond member, I really hope Hilton invests some money and gives the hotel a much needed makeover. I will be visiting the area frequently but I will find somewhere else to stay.

Would not stay here again. This hotel definitely needs a facelift. Wall paper was coming off of the walls, carpet was dirty. I was here for Monday - Friday during a horrendous storm, power knocked out (obviously nothing the hotel could do). My colleague got a room here the day the power was out and the staff was quite rude to them. I had to ask multiple times for my room to be cleaned while I was there (finally cleaned on Thursday). I am staying at a different hotel here this trip. The plus for this hotel is that it is near all of the chain restaurants, and highway exits.

Terrible The first thing I started off with this experience of the hotel was clicking on the address in the link given to me with my reservation and bringing me an hour plus out-of-the-way. Mind you I’m driving six hours from Illinois to get to Indiana. I spoke with the person at the desk on the phone after I explained that the address was wrong. His response was. “ That happens to some people it sends them somewhere else” Terrible experience

NOT our usual Hampton Experience! The bed was concave and TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. I folded up the flattened comforter and put it underneath the sheet to achieve some type of cushion from the broken down innersprings. Shower handle did not work to do anything but turn on/off the water - NO ADJUSTING WATER TEMPERATURE as it just spun around and around. THIS WAS NOT OUR USUAL HAMPTON INN EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND WARN OTHER NOT TO AS WELL!
