Questions on our bill unfortunately - Can no longer recommend the hotel as a result While our actual stay had some disappointing but minor issues, the lack of communication regarding billing issues after the trip was frustrating to the point I cannot recommend this hotel. Our final bill included details of meals for days when we were not even present at the hotel. I reached out via phone and email for the last 5 consecutive days to the hotel for an explanation to reconcile the matter. To date, I have not received a single response other than an apology from the front desk for not being able to discuss the matter. I understand the team is likely busy but for questionable charges, I would expect a timely response - even if it is only an email committing to look into the matter. Other challenges during our stay: -We used the pullout sofa for our children to sleep on but on multiple nights, the housekeeping staff removed the bedding during cleaning. We discovered this after long days in the park and then had to wait to get bedding delivered to the room. Housekeeping also for some reason repeatedly removed used towels (thank you) but did not replace them with clean ones. -We purchased tickets from the hotel for the tram upon recommendation from the concierge after she recommended the hike from the Tram dropoff point to the Bridger gondola. Upon arriving at the top, we learned that the trail between the Tram and Gondola was closed due to construction work and had been for some time. While the Tram ride was enjoyable, we would not have taken it had we known we would only ride up and come directly back down, with no option to make the hike. I visited with other hotel guests that were similarly disappointed with the Concierge's recommendation. -after returning from a guided trip in the park where we used vendor- provided transportation, I was surprised to see our rental vehicle running, with windows down in the reception area of the hotel (we had not used it that day). Later, a valet explained to me that someone had mixed up our vehicle with another family's as our last names were similar. -when reviewing our final bill, the folio listed meals and charges for days we were not even present at the hotel. My assumption is some other guests (with the similar name) had meals that day that were ultimately charged to us. It's impossible to tell however as I cannot get a response from the hotel to discuss the bill. Again, I understand that it's demanding to get everything perfect during a stay but the lack of a response on billing charges is deeply disappointing and creates a lack of trust.

Amazing resort My family of five had an amazing week at this resort. Great location, beautiful large guest suites, and fantastic dining options. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the adventures they helped plan and book were so fun. We can’t recommend highly enough!

Great but not the best I had a great stay at four seasons Teton village. The location is very nice, close to all the summer and winter activities. The room was a little outdated, the furnishings were kind of old. And there was no charger on each of the bed side. However, the bed is very comfortable. The take out restaurant serves great selections of food, snacks and drinks. The room service food for breakfast is…. Really bad and doesn’t worth the money. They also stamp your post card complementary which I thought is very nice. The service received at checkin and checkout weren’t top notch, I didn’t feel like walking in to a 5-star hotel. There are other options of lounging in grand Tetons that I may consider next time.

Most comfortable bed. Best service and concierge. Check-in: Marcus checked us in and was very helpful and found us a room that accommodated all of our needs. The welcome drink is a huckleberry lemonade. Room: We had both rooms 734 and 829. 734 is a valley view and very big with a balcony. I preferred 829 even though it was a smaller resort view because we like less light in the room in the mornings. The beds are THE MOST comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. They are many times more comfortable than the beds at Amangani. Concierge: Taryn S. helped me from start to finish. I spoke to her before our trip and she was very knowledgeable about all things hiking and sightseeing. Her opinions are honest and straightforward and she genuinely cares about the wants/needs of the customer. She goes out of her way to deliver a high quality of customer service. Her passion for what she does shines and her positivity is a warm welcome to a new place. She is excellent at problem solving and making things happen. She is an asset to The Four Seasons Brand (which we trust). Valet: always quick, efficient, and sometimes funny. They are all very personable and make you feel at home. Luke was our valet for most of our stay and we enjoyed his positive attitude. Housekeeping: I did not get the name of our housekeeper but she was by far the best we've had in a long time. Turn down service was always done and not too late. She was very thoughtful in her cleaning. She left me a lens cleaner next to my glasses and neatly organized my skincare which I appreciated. She always replaced my coffee and even had maintenance come by to fix something. She is thorough and thoughtful. Service: Overall, top-notch service and staff who genuinely care and love what they do.

Excellent location, amenities and service! The Four Seasons knows how to treat their guests as always! The Jackson Hole resort is the perfect location for a summer luxury vacation. My husband and I celebrated by 50th birthday and the staff went above and beyond. The spa is excellent, the food is great, and the patio is very relaxing. The room was five-star too!
