Wonderful getaway! Beautiful hotel, well-maintained, delicious breakfast. Room was upgraded by courteous staff when it was found to be next to a noisy elevator. Highly recommend!

Good hotel but needs new mattresses. Very good hotel and location is great with lots of shops and restaurants at walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem for us were the beds. Mattresses offered no support, and you literally sink in them. We didn't sleep well and ended with back pain.

Weekend Getaway! From the moment you step into the Hyatt Centric, you are treated special. Every staff member is considerate, and all went the extra mile to make sure I had all my needs met. The location is superb and the eating establishments within walking distance make your stay the PERFECT weekend getaway!

Great Location We stayed at this location to attend a concert behind the hotel at the Pavilion. Having the hotel in the middle of the Woodlands Mall was also great for shopping and eating out. There is a grocery store a short 5 min walk as well. The pool was nice and comfortable, although I would have liked to see more lounge chairs available as only 8 were located at the pool and with reserved signs. The staff at breakfast and serving the pool were great. We had a room over the pool and Market street and although the view was great, the noise from the morning of trucks unloading for stores below and landscaping crew started a bit too early to sleep in. Fortunately I had white noise on my phone and was able to turn it on for the following morning. The location is great though.

Wonderful stay at the Hyatt We always come to this hotel and recommended to all of our friends. Della is wonderful at the front desk along with Ruben in the dining room. Faith did a wonderful job serving us in the bar area. We brought a group here and they all loved it.
