Horrible- do not stay here Do not stay here! It is extremely dirty and the room was gross! I walked in and didn’t stay more than 10 seconds. Found a new hotel immediately!! The photos on TripAdvisor are very outdated. The hotel was not kept up on and looks VERY different from what is shown online.

Do NOT stay here! I have no idea how this place is rated #1 in Thibodaux. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the gal at the desk gave me a full refund without making a fuss. We got in our room and immediately noticed it was filthy. Food in the floor, there was a sock between the mattress and headboard, something brown smeared on the bathroom door... Then my daughter found a chicken bone in the floor. We noticed there was no working smoke alarm. There was a giant hole in the wall that had been badly patched, it was awful. So I asked if we could move to another room, she said, "Oh that room wasn't cleaned this morning. I'm so sorry, take this other room." Well that's disgusting but ok. So we get in the other room and it did look cleaner at first glance but then we saw the huge roach under the bathroom sink so we were like NOPE. We left and drove 20 more minutes into Houma. If you're just looking for somewhere cheap to stay, pick one of the chains.

Yuck! Very disappointed. The room was musty and the A/C was so filthy it kept dropping chunks of black debris on our sink and counter. They ran out of clean towels when we asked for them. I hope others have a better room than we did!

Terrible, Rude, Inconsiderate Beware of this place!! We could not sleep here it was very musty smell and my nephew has asthma and they would not refund our cash:( Nikki at the front desk is very rude to us as well! Not a people person!!!! It is sad how they treated us like an animal, what really topped it off was she walked off to another room telling me and my family to leave:( very unprofessional We cane here to enjoy the area and have a good time and they ruined it Out $212 then had to go find another room in town and spent another $130 So a total of $342 dollars for one night said and done Can’t even get a manager name or number

Not at all as advertised. This place is not at all how they advertise. Not very clean, broken fences, run down on the outside and inside. And when we brought all of this up to the lady at the front desk and asked for a refund, she laughed. Would not recommend. And I know there is not much in Thibodaux to stay at, but you would be better off staying another town, and driving in.
