Bad business. Don’t stay in unit 708 Reserved a condo on mountaintop drive. Here they asked how many people are staying and they will accommodate. They told us our unit will sleep 6-8. Big mistake. Dont ever let someone who dose the give a darn be in charge of your vacation. We get to the Condo and they have a long bed and a king bed. It’s two bedrooms so wife and I get the king and one of my teenagers get the queeen. What to do with the others. Oh wait there is a Murphy bed so we can use that for another kid and what about the last teenager? I know they have a pull out sofa bed!! Worst bed in history as are all pull out sofas. Again, when you have someone that doesn’t have a vested interest in your stay they just don’t care. I get it. Human nature . So ultimately my bad for trusting someone. Else it also there bad for selling crap they wouldn’t put there own family in. We stayed on top of the mountain on mountain top drive unit 708. So if you ever stay here do t stay in unit 708. There are other units that other relatives stayed in up here that are much nicer and have a great selection of multiple beds. Just not unit 708. Stay away!!!

Deceiving Room Description and Arrogant Staff We went to the resort over the July 4th weekend and booked the 2br Wintergreen condo. Price is very high due to holiday and high demand. Upon arrival we realized that the condo is a one bed room + a loft. Front desk was very cold and non-apologetic for the deceiving advertisement. What's more, there are large bay window and 2 very large sky light windows directly above the bed that DOES NOT have any shades. When we inquired, the first front desk lady said they will send someone to address it. Nothing happened. the next staff almost laughed at me saying "it's not a big deal". So during our 3 nights stay, kids were up all night and woke up at 5:30am when the bright sun shine right from above the bed. We are most put off by the attitude and arrogance the staff. Compared to the many resorts we stayed in the summer in the midwest and colorado. This is by far the worst experience at a very high price for what it is. The facility itself is very well manicured. Dining options are slim and pricey. DO NOT BOOK Wintergreen (It's also 3 flights of stairs up on 2nd floor, not accessible and not mentioned

Family Vacation Great resort! I hotel room at The Crystal Colony was very clean and newly remodeled. The kitchenette was very handy. The resort has great amenities. My kids loved The Adventure Course ziplining and the Alpine Slide! The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Half the activities were closed I gave this place 4 stars because of the excellent staff. I traveled with my cousin and our moms (I booked two rooms). My cousin and I are very active and we were looking forward to all the activities. When I booked my reservation there was no indication that everything would be closed. By everything I mean the outdoor pool, the adventure area, the chairlift, alpine slide and archery. This was extremely disappointing considering I was paying 200.00 a night for the room. We don’t play golf so there wasn’t much else to do but walk and walk through the art park (which was very cool). The resort was short staffed with one restaurant open and one pick-up restaurant open. We did go off property to go kayaking with The Trading Post which was excellent. We stayed in Crystal Colony which was very nice with the exception of the beds/pillows. They were incredibly uncomfortable so much so that we checked out a night early. Also, we could hear everything through the walls. There was no cleaning service available but we were able to call for towels and trash removal. There’s nothing close by off property. I think this is a great place for families, skiing, and golf. I will never return to this place (it’s just not for me).
