Dated Unclean Unfriendly Hotel The worst of the Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed in on our trip so far. Height of season, they have decided to re-do the parking lot so that you can not park near the hotel. Hotel staff unreasonable and unhelpful. We leave tomorrow and have to drag all our luggage (dog included) across the carpark to another one nearby, in several trips at 4am in the morning as we can not come closer to the hotel to load up the car. If you are of an older age, this may not be the hotel for you incase you are made to carry all your luggage way over to your car in another carpark off site. Carpets in room sticky, bathrooms old and dated and air conditioning unit so loud it keeps you up most of the night. Wall paper peeling from the walls in the hallway. I need a vacation to get over this vacation.

A Tad Disappointed The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool looked a little tired, needed fresh paint on the stairs and floor. The hot tub was empty. There was a breakfast offered at a fee starting at $9.50/person. A small bottle of pop from the "store" was $4/each. Everything seemed to be a la carte.

Cheap price for a reason This hot l is Very outdated. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and the Bathroom was scary, rusty drains and what not. I didn’t shower but guarantee the water would have not drained properly and the fan from the AC/heat unit was on all night.

Sad stay I stayed one night on April 28th. There were multiple reasons why my stay was dissatisfactory. 1. The shower pressure was extremely low, seemed to be overall of poor quality. 2. the toilet did not flush properly. 3. the fridge did not work at all. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated which I only noticed in the morning after taking it out of the fridge. I had to throw out over $180 worth of medication. 4. the AC unit was extremely loud at night and would wake me and my mother up throughout the night. For the cost of the room, I'd expect at a minimum that all the items I listed above to work properly for basic necessities. I would not come ack not recommend to anyone. Would rate a 0 if it was an option. To note, I did let the front desk know about all of these issues and they offered me a free bottle of water. I did not accept this as it seemed a big of a joke to me.

Mixed feeling, but more bad than good. We checked into this hotel over an overnight stay. It seems to lack the warmth and welcoming feeling from the front desk both at check in and check out. However, the process was performed with efficiency. The hotel also authorized about 40% extra on top of the cost of the one night stay to cover the "incidentals", which I think is excessive. The room was clean with all necessary amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a little bit of a disaster. The faucet for the sink was wobbly; the water pressure for the shower was inadequate; the hotel has restricted the movement of the shower control lever to about a quarter (or a bit more); the water temperature needed to be adjusted often to be comfortable when taking a show. The worst is that the toilet stopped flushing, and we had to call the front desk for a plunger in order to clear it. The plunger was delivered pretty quickly, but I would rather the hotel showed a bit more concern and sent in a person to do the job rather than leaving the guests to be the plumber also, while expecting us to pay for the room. The internet signal in the bathroom was also sporadic, and it cut in and out frequently. Overall, it was not a very satisfying stay.
