Review about hotel Good service but bat rooms you need to improve better services in the room like clean better and have less things bads in the room

Nice Hotel I had reserved two rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only issue I had was that they did not give me on of my rooms till 5:30. check in is at 3. other than that, I would go back,

Horrible The room were so dirty so I have to go back and ask for another room. The other room Was almost the same the floor was not clean a was late that’s why I ending staying but they charge to much for the type of room

Overpriced for what you get! I would not stay here again. The lobby looks very nice, but our room was sub par. Upon our arrival there was a long hair on one of the pillows and orange decorative pillows had an odor! There was two of us but only one of everything including coffee packets/cups, wash cloths etc. This continued throughout our stay. We kept having to ask for our coffee to be replenished, and finally just gave up and purchased at Starbucks. No mini fridge in our room, also kept having to ask for ice and got continuously ignored! The front desk did provide good service and held our luggage for a couple of hours after our check out. Overall I felt this hotel was overpriced and lacked amenities and service. Will not stay here again.

Great It was a great stay! We had such friendly staff and very helpful as well it was our first stay in Tijuana and real in was the best way to go! I could imagine staying anywhere els. The room was clean and very nice the only thing was the beds looked bigger in the picture compared to what we got but they where still very comfortable they had like a pad that you can use to lay some people on the floor but just for us 4 the beds where fine.
