Family Very clean and comfortable close to all beaches and restaurants pleasant staff beautiful pool breakfast on premises was delicious can’t wait togo back if you’re looking for a family place ,couples or solo this is a perfect stay I was very pleased with all the amenities they had to offer free parking safe in the room nice little refrigerator perfect for snacks and drinks lots to do near by Ty__

Enjoyable stay The hotel is renovated and clean. The location is very accessible to many stores, restaurants, and a short drive to the beaches. I have no complaints. The staff is very accommodating, especially Andrew and Ariana at the front desk. The restaurant staff was also very nice. I would definitely go back.

Disappointment at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Tinton Falls - Eastontown NJ We had reservations July 6th through July 8th for 2 rooms at the Doubletree Hotel Tinton Falls - Eatontown NJ. We arrived late and notified the hotel that we would be late. The front desk was very nice and helped quickly to check us in and get our rooms. Upon arrival the rooms and after a long drive we wanted to shower but found only 2 bath towels in each room, even at one per person that is 4 short of what we would need. We called the front desk and were told we needed to come down to the front desk to retrieve towels. We did and were handed 4 towels. The floor of room 328 was also noted as dirty - old food scraps were seen in the area of the night table. The next day, we left for our day and expected to come back to made up rooms and refreshed with clean towels, etc. We found one room was made up and the other was not and again just 2 bath towels. During the day, we wanted to use the pool and wee told there were no pool towels available. Later in the evening someone brought to our room some pool towels. When checking out, the front desk staff was short and borderline rude when we asked for some cookies for the drive back. We were told "we can't give you more than 4 without charging you. Isn't each room allowed up to 4 people? That would be 8 total. Our experience in this Doubletree was not the same we have come to expect from other Hilton Properties.

Excellent stay! Wonderful renovations and service! Great stay! Impressive renovation completed throughout the whole place! Rooms are spacious, clean and really well done! I had four rooms with my family, stayed for 3 nights. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Special recognition to Dillon at the front desk. Everyone at the front desk is polite, professional and very friendly! Great first and last impressions!

Faye provides 5 star service!! She the best in the business we need more people line her!!! She a total sweetheart Faye is welcoming, accommodating, provides the best hospitality I ever experienced in any hotel that I have ever stayed!! She a total gem I she’s a beautiful person and she makes me feel right at home every time I stay at the double tree. Thanks again Faye I appreciate u your the best !!
