Do not stay here Absolutely discusting and dirty. Things were falling apart in the room. There were ants. When you turned kitchen sink on water sprayed in the air. No complementary soap or shampoo. Place smelled like weed when you walked in. Do not stay here at all!!

Not family friendly. Unsafe and unclean. This hotel is unsafe and dirty. Our room smelled terrible, like old wood and dirt, and smells deep in couches and linens. There were patched holes in the walls and holes in the curtains. Everything was dirty. There were just enough towels and not enough soap and shampoo. There were many people walking around outside, yelling, fighting, and smoking. All rooms smelled like marijuana.

Works for the night For an overnight stay it worked. Enjoyed that a full kitchen is provided and noise is to the bear minimum. Was disappointed on the smell in the room of cleaning chemicals and lack of orange juice at the breakfast. Otherwise, it worked out great.

You get what you pay for or not really… Very industrial area but easy access to community around hotel. Kitchen had no supplies to cook or eat with, the beds were hard pillows were nice, and room was spacious with good temperature control. Did not receive any room service or fresh towels for a 3 day stay. People at desk didn’t speak English very well and check in was awkward. Pool wasn’t available to use and gym was hot and dirty without much equipment. Expected more from a Wyndham hotel group.

UNSAFE and DISGUSTING DISGUSTING, DIRTY, AND UNSAFE!!!! Wyndham Franchise should pull out their name. Got this place because there was a pool for the kids. Go to check in and they said it was under renovations. fine we could deal with that. Went to setup the pullout bed from the couch and my 50lb child almost got injured due to the front legs came apart. Maintenance or whomever covered it up deliberately with a black slip cover that was stapled together so they would not have to replace the couch. I let the front desk know and they had given my a so called PENTHHOUSE. WHAT A JOKE. Holes and cracks everywhere, the flooring was pulling apart everywhere, no lock for the door, and not to mention that pullout couch had white stains all over the pillows. They knew they would receive calls about the rooms so they had the telephone cables removed from both rooms. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Motels have a higher standard than this place. So called penthouse is #722 and broken couch is in #324. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CHOOSE ANOTHER FACILITY.
