Rogner Hotel Tirana

Good enough The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, and has excellent garden with lot of greenery, nice to relax. Additionally breakfast is excellent, lot of choices and personnel is very respectable. Negatives: pool was very crowded as hotel allows guest from outside against daily fee, while there is not enough room for internal hotel guest. We faced this situation, however after complaint, the receptionist brought us two additional sun beds from the stock. Hotel management should take this into consideration.

Amazing hotel! Great location! Me and my partner have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Rogner Hotel and wish we stayed longer! As soon as we arrived everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and lovely with a balcony, air conditioning and fridge, the housekeeping staff are always smiling and friendly. Fresh pool towels are supplied every day from reception and we loved the pool and pool bar staff! Great drinks and food there. Lots of options at breakfast and a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, again the staff couldn’t do enough asking if we wanted coffee as soon as we sat down. Amazing location walking distance everywhere to great restaurants and bars.. you must do the Free Walking Tour (we did it on our first morning) to get your bearings with the place and find your way about also find out all the history and culture. On our first day we said we were gutted we weren’t staying for longer and cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! 5/5 _

Great stay, walkable to lots, gorgeous breakfast! Very nice hotel and great location. Near lots of things sites and restaurants and cafés to walk to. Slight issue with the air conditioning. We just opened the windows at night and enjoyed our stay. Beautiful breakfast each morning, free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Checked out? No longer a guest...bye. When we first arrived we loved the hotel and had been excitedly texting friends to recommend that they stay here on their upcoming trip to Tirana. However, this was all ruined immediately after we checked out of the hotel. After checkout we asked for towels so we could spend 1 hour at the pool before getting ready for our taxi to collect us for the airport. We were told that we are no longer hotel guests and that we must pay the day pass for the pool. We said that if we were made aware of this we would have organised our day differently and used the pool in the morning before checkout and gone to the markets after checkout rather than the other way around. The lady at reception was quite rude to us (we were shocked at this because all the other staff we had dealt with whilst being guests at the hotel were so so so lovely) and said "it says in the booking conditions that checkout is 12". We weren't even discussing checkout we were discussing pool use, nowhere in my booking conditions does it say that I would be unable to use facilities on day of checkout. We were then told its because they only have a small cleaning team, but then we were given the same pool towels to use for a shower but told we couldn't use them for the pool, so this made no sense at all. It's a shame as we were having such a nice break and were so in love with the hotel up until this point. We would have come back to the hotel in a heartbeat but this exchange with a member of the reception team made me feel no longer like a guest and more like someone they could try and make more money from. If you're planning to stay here and not use the facilities after 12 then you'll enjoy the hotel as it has a lovely pool, most staff are nice and the breakfast is really good. However if you have a later checkout steer clear as the staff disregard you the moment you've checked out.

Great place for family vacation We stayed at the hotel for a week during the warm summer season and loved every minute of it. The garden with pool is an excellent retreat with lots of shade. Staff was plenty and very helpful in all regards. The breakfast was very good, and both the hotel restaurant and pool bar offer a good selection of food and drink.
